Myungsoo POV

No I was worried he spilled the beans about me proposing. I clenched the ring box tightly in my pocket. "No, I know you wouldn't be scared of him" I smiled.

"Let's take a look at the entries" she perked up when she saw some photos ahead of her.

We walked around looking at the different displays and discussed how we would have approached it or commented how well the photographer did.

"I would love to pick this person's brain" she commented on one of the photos we were looking at.

"What would you like to know?" a voice came from behind us.

"Pardon?" she asked surprised.

"You said you had questions about my photos" he smiled. "What would you like to know?"

"Oh" she was surprised. Then she smiled and bowed slightly "My name is Phoebe."

"It is a pleasure Phoebe" he smiled at her "My name is Seongmin. Which picture would you like to discuss?"

"Oh" she perked up a little. "This one" she pointed to the picture of Gyeongbokgung Palace.

"Gyeongbokgung Palace?" He was surprised by her choice. "What about it?"

"I've seen other pictures of this palace before, but you seem to have captured an ethereal feel" she seemed entranced by the picture. "You must have had the perfect day. What were the conditions like that day? What time of day was it taken too?" She then turned and faced him "What type of camera, lens and filter did you use? OH, and how long of an exposure?"

The guy was shocked into silence. I don't think he was expecting a real question from her, not to mention a list of questions.

I smiled as I wrapped my arm around her waist. "Take it slow, Chagiya. He won't know what to answer first if you keep rambling."

She blushed "Sorry."

"No" Seongmin replied with a chuckle. "I was just taken aback. I wasn't expecting you to know so much about photography. Most..." he paused and looked at me before continuing "significant others don't usually share the same passion for photography." He chuckled some more "For example, I was barely able to drag my wife here."

Hearing that he had a wife, I was somewhat relieved. "Where is she?" I asked.

"She is probably still staring at that picture in the People category" he commented. "She was entranced by it. Actually, a lot of people were. It was so crowded, I had to break free and get some fresh air. That is when I noticed you staring at mine and decided to come and chat."

"I see" I nodded.

"So, what brings you to this event?" he asked me. "You are already well known and I don't think I saw your name on any of the entries" he stated as he looked looked around contemplating what he had seen.

I smiled "I'm actually here for her" I gestured to Phoebe. "She is the one who entered the contest."

"Makes sense" he smiled. Then he nodded and raised his glass a little "I wish you the best of luck."

"You as well" Phoebe smiled.

Phoebe POV

Seongmin turned and walked off to find his wife. "I wonder what picture has his wife so entranced?"

"Perhaps we will find out as we walk around" Myungsoo commented.

As we were walking around we continued to discuss different pictures and we even had the chance to chat with some of the other photographers too. We had seen just about everything in the venue; except my pictures. I couldn't help but wonder where my photographs were. "Have you seen my pictures yet?" I asked Myungsoo.

He looked from side to side "Not yet."

Suddenly we came upon a large crowd. "I wonder what is going on" I commented. "Can you see what it is?" I asked as Myungsoo was taller.

"This must be what Seongmin was talking about earlier."

"Oh" I nodded. "Must be some picture to have all these people lined up to see it." I smiled "I'd like to see it too, but it is too crowded. We can come back later."

"Sounds like a good idea" he replied.

We continued to walk around and occasionally passed by the crowd, but it never eased up. "I haven't seen my photograph yet" I commented. "Do you think I got disqualified?" I got nervous.

"If you were disqualified, you wouldn't have gotten an invitation" he chuckled. "Maybe yours are hidden by the crowd" he suggested.

"I doubt mine would draw that much attention" I replied.

"The crowd is so large" he commented. "They might be blocking more than one display" he suggested.

"True" I nodded. I looked at the crowd and suddenly got anxious. 

Suddenly there was an announcement "May we have your attention please. The awards ceremony will begin shortly. Will everyone please make your way to the auditorium for the awards presentation. Again, the awards ceremony will begin shortly. Will everyone please make your way to the auditorium for the awards presentation. Thank you."

We turned and started walking to the auditorium, but I couldn't help but glance back at the crowd behind us and wonder about the photographs beyond them.

We made our way into the auditorium and took our seats with my brother, June and the other members of Infinite. While waiting for the program to start, I could hear everyone gossiping.

"Look" one girl whispered excitedly "It's him! They are together!"

"I knew it!" her friend replied. "They look good together!"

"I wonder who took that picture" another group of people were chatting. "I can't wait to find out! They better have won!"

The lights above the audience slowly dimmed and the host came out on stage. "Welcome to the 2016 Seoul Photography Awards!"
