Being half deaf was fine just a bit sad. Y/n didn't have the same smile she normally had having a bad gut feeling and the fact she couldn't hear with both her ears. Her left ear had healed quicker than expected and they all sat for a hashira meeting

As Mitsuri explained how it felt like master looked at Y/n. Y/n whom wasn't paying any mind to it just sat there playing with strands of Muichiro's hair.

"Y/n" The white haired looked up quickly to meet her master's eyes. Although being blind he still know where everything was just like Gyomei 

"Ah- yes?" Y/n asked looking at him

"I heard you almost got the mark on your forehead" Y/n pauses and dropped Muichiro's hair before nodding

"I believe I felt the burning on my forehead but as I was blown away and deafened it had disappeared I think" The woman didn't know what else she could have said and just spotted there

"Do you think something could have triggered it?"

"You're weak" She spoke calmly 

"Those words my father told me"

"Are you weak?"

"Yes" The answer was short by quick and sharp. Shocking all the hashira in the room. Before continuing further you heard Sanemi said something and Giyu responded but Y/n didn't quite hear it 

Before anyone knew it they were about to fight. This earned a loud clap and everyone covered their ears. Y/n sat there after the loud noise and ripped the blood that trickled down her neck from her right ear.

With too much noise it would open again. Y/n looked unbothered as the men she loved gave each other death glares along with Giyu

"If you'd excuse me, I'm going home...I don't feel well" Y/n announced standing up and was about to exit until Ubuyashiki spoke

"Before you go I'll like you to know that you all are going to be training slayers from the corps" Y/n nodded and left before stopping again as her name was called

"Y/n, come here quickly" Lady Amane spoke and she walked to her 

"Yes, my lady?" Amane whispered in her left ear

"Are you perhaps with child?" Y/n looked at her shocked

"How did you know?" Y/n asked surprised

"You seem to be exhausted"

"Do you know who it might be?" Amane spoke now not caring about the other hashiras listening in

"I believe it's Giyu's" Y/n spoke and Mitsuri was the only one to catch on and she squealed 

"Congratulations!" 

"How long?" Y/n blushed from embarrassment

"A few months" Mitsuri was over the moon and was crying 

"What's happening?" Obanai asked and Mitsuri shook her head

"You'll have to find it out yourself or should I say Tomioka should"

"Huh?" 

"Well, I'll be leaving" Y/n said bowing and only for Shinobu to catch on

After the battle at the swords smith village Shinobu had apologised to Y/n out of her own heart and she was glad Y/n accepted her apology. They've on good terms now so when she heard she chuckled 

"I'll come with you" Sanemi said holding his lover's hand helping her as she looked to be struggling a bit 

"Oh! Thank you" Y/n smiled softly as Sanemi walked with her
