Brief Encounter and An Answer

The young Arc was currently hiding from someone or should I say something in a forest close to Aslan. It was a beowolf with its glowing yellow eyes and skull for a helmet looking for Jaune, who was quite scared at the time.

'How am I supposed to this?' The blonde questioned his next move. Will he try to kill? Will he just do a hit and run? Should he just strike at a random spot? Many things were on his mind but one things for certain at that time. That being he needed to stop pussying around. But he wasn't scared. No, Jaune got over being scared of those mindless entities a week before so now he's just planning on how to utilize Spear Strike more. The thing about the skill is that he saw it as an enhancing skill meant to give a more effective attack. You can guess he's experimented with various moves but somewhere less occupied by Grimm. Jaune decided his next course of action would be to target the joint or unprotected spots using the skill on his attack with an added boost from his semblance, Aura Amplification. Dealing an even greater damage to the target. Jaune took the beowolf by surprise, hitting it's lower chin which caused it to move back. He didn't stop, making sure to restrain it to the ground and deliver a blow to it's chest with an aura boosted Spear Strike, making a gaping hole in the mindless entity's chest. "*Sigh* That's good" The blonde man commented with a satisfied smile. Jaune had didn't have a hang of fighting before but he used his head to theorize ways of fighting and he had a lot. All he had to do was do the practice but it was a pain though he didn't complain since he was the one who wanted to do it and he's responsible for his actions.

"Now, I should go back. I wouldn't want my family to worry about me being missing again after all."

Back to the present, Jaune arrived in the City of Vale and booked himself a room in one of the hotels available for the night. The young Arc was currently at a fast food restaurant due to being hungry from his trip and has now left the place with some food to eat. He held on his right hand a quarter pounder cheeseburger with extra pickles and lettuce. On his left, was a drink.

Jaune then started to walk back to the hotel he's staying. While doing so, he enjoyed the burger and the drink as his dinner for the night. He continues to do his agenda before a thought crept in his head and stopped his movement.

Jaune turned his head to see a store known as Dust Till Dawn to which he entered. Why? It was because he needed to check something known as Dust. He only knew that it was valuable due to the many applications it has and contributed to the people of Remnant. But Jaune doesn't know what it looks since he only learned of it when he saw a few people talking about it as he waited for his burger and drink. The young Arc thought that there would be a book about handling it along with one related to aura were on sale for him to purchase.

Once inside, Jaune went to look around, he passed through a glass display case containing various items sets of crystals ignoring it as he immediately went to an isle filled with book shelves in a corner of the store. Ignoring his surroundings, Jaune began to check for the books he needed and found one that had both focusing on aura and dust. Jaune was going to buy them soon after he saw it though he decided that it was best to not buy them due to the price of the damn book. "300 lien. This is just too much for my wallet right now" the blonde sighed and did the next best thing. Reading the book inside the store. Thankfully the store had a sign stating it didn't deny the access to reading the unpaid books so long as it doesn't leave the property of course. The blonde sat down near the shelf he found the book and begun reading. He was met with information about multiple methods and lessons regarding in aura to which he read in earnest. Jaune was focused on reading that he didn't realize that a girl wearing a red hood entered the store. The girl looked at Jaune with her silver eyes for a moment before going to a different section of the store, reading a magazine and listening to music.
