RWBY: Legacy Template System

Talk, Day 1

After the initiation, Team JWBR headed to and entered their dorm room. They were met with a spacious, tidy chamber that has a large window for natural lighting in the morning. Then there are four similar looking beds placed in an orderly way placed in the dorm room. There were also 2 large white closets at the front right corner of the room. Overall, it's pretty much a blank slate, a new start. Something a certain stoic girl from the team appreciates to have now.

Everyone unpacked their luggage, placing their belongings in their respective beds. When they finished, everyone in Team JWBR headed to the cafeteria or dining hall to eat dinner. After all, a long day of traversing a Grimm infested forest would surely make any huntsman in training famished. So it's not a surprise that there are many students in the dining hall. It's almost packed with 1st year and other year level students.

Team JWBR managed to get a spot and fortunately didn't have to wait for tables to be emptied before they could dine in. Three of them went to get their meals while Jaune stayed seated making sure no one takes their spot just in case. While his teammates were ordering their meals, Jaune took out his ancestors journal and began to read it to pass the time. That and also because he recalls the book containing some pointers on being a leader. Yes, the knight still is concerned about him being chosen as the leader of the team. Heck, his eyes were still puffy from all the tear shedding he's done from being announced as leader. For a while now Weiss looks at him with a furious glare. By that, she was glaring at him from the dorm room to the cafeteria. Speaking of the cafeteria, everyone there sometimes took glance for a few seconds or so at Jaune. It made sense they would after the display of emotion the blonde knight did. Everyone misunderstood the knight was crying because he was glad to make it and was so overwhelmed with happiness in becoming a huntsman as well as a leader. No one can blame him if that's the case. Even Cardin the resident bully understood. But that wasn't the case. Everyone doesn't know that though and the person in the middle of the misunderstanding right now is too distracted by a damn journal.

That was the case until Ruby got back and told Jaune to get his dinner to which he did. He got back to the seat 6 minutes later with his dinner. He began to chow down on his food as Ruby is currently trying to get away from her sister's grasp.

After Team JWBR, they got back to their dorms along with Team PYNR (Pronounced as Pioneer) which consisted of Pyrrha Nykos, Yang Xiao Long, Nora Valkyrie and Lie Ren. Apparently they found out at lunch that they're neighbors causing Ruby to groan as she knows her sister will be Yanging around being overprotective and all. Jaune, who's has seven siblings understood the feeling and wanted to console Ruby as her friend. But he can't right now...

"Jaune. Quests. Talk" the blonde man was surprised that three words uttered by Weiss could have caused him to shiver as her voice was laced with a harsh tone. 'Now she really acts like Kiyo when she's mad' He thought as he began to wonder why the irritated tone but understood moments later why.

The heiress was like this due to her patience running thin of learning Jaune's semblance coupled with her not being chosen as the leader. So it's surprising she hasn't snapped yet.

Ruby and Blake watched on the sidelines, curious of what's going on. Jaune didn't notice the two and was focused on formulating his explanation for his partner. He finished thinking and began to talk, "From what I told you my semblance locked me from using first and ultimate. And the only way to unlock those is through quests related to an unknown person's abilities which I called as template. Now you must be thinking it's crazy for the next thing I say but my semblance is a system. One that keeps track of quests along with showing me other details but only related to myself. The more quests I get related to the template the more I can level it until it max."
