One day, something sad happened.
Sarah had went to the frontier to seek her father. While there, she reunited with her father but saw many painful things while being there.

It was too much for her to bear and decided to return to England.
The news to devastating to everyone, especially Henri, who looked up to her as a big sister.
After everyone hugged Sarah goodbye, Henri with tears streaming down his eyes, they watched Sarah board the ship and sail off into the distance, knowing they might not ever see her again.
Of course Jolene knew about her departure and had came to wish Sarah goodbye the day before she left.

Henri was heart broken after Sarah left. Jolene never see him so sad before, and it hurt her deeply. She even cried with Henri sometimes. Yet the whole way through, Jolene was there for him the whole way through, just like he had when she was ping through her pain.
One day, they sat in a field in quiet reflection. They had just got done having a ride on sport.

Henri was still sad about Sarah leaving, though a little less due to Jolene's support.
"I miss Sarah," Henri said after a moment of silence."
"Moi Aussi. She may not be here living in the colonies anymore, but she'll be here with us spiritually."
"What do you mean?"
"My mama and papa would used to tell me that a person's sole stays with you, no matter where they are or if they're dead or alive. As long as you truly love that person, they'll always be there with you."
"I don't how that would work for me if Sarah's not physical here."
"You don't know in the present she's not there. You have to feel her spirit, you know, the goods memories you both shared. That's what makes her come to life. Oh, the winds are coming in."

Sure enough, they felt a strong breeze washed over them and It felt so cool and refreshing. He it breathed in the rushing air as if ruffled his hair. Jolene got up and starred to sway and dance in the wind gracefully.
"What are you doing", Henri asked, but took in her beautiful moments, as they were light and breezy like the winds itself.

"Sentir le vent. That is where you can find your loved spirit in, too. Mama and papa told me that whenever a person is away or dead, they'd send a part of their spirit into the winds to be carried to their loved ones. If you close your eyes, you can see them and feel them.  I always feel my parents when I do this. Now close  your eyes and be quiet."

Henri did as Jolene told him, when he closed his eye and fell silent, without thinking, he could suddenly Sarah's kind and bright face in his mind. It felt so real like she was actually there with him. Comforting memories of their time together flossed thought him like a vivid dream. Henri smiled, tears being blown from his face.

"I could see her," Henri said as he opened his eyes, smiling.
"I could even feel her too. It all felt so real."
"See? I told you. She'll always be there with you. Say something to her in the wind. It'll carry the message there to her."
"I love and miss you so much," Henri said to the wind.
"There, now Sarah could hear you."

Joleen start to sing a beautiful French song that ring sweetly in Henri ears to her parents up in heaven. She dance as she belted out those notes, her song's beauty matching her dancing.
The wing was so pleasing to Henri. He wished it was always like this, and vowed that he would always do this each chance he gets.
But more than anything at that moment, he enjoyed not only Sarah's spirit, but with Jolene beside him. He wouldn't want to be any where els at that moment.

Meanwhile, Sarah was out in England, happy to see her mother but was also missing her dear friends from the colonies.
But then suddenly, she heard a certain person's voice whispered warmly in her head.
"I love and miss you so much," the voice whispered.
"I miss you too, Henri," Sarah answered the voice back, smiling.
