No one's POV:

Days flowed unpredictably, and the unforeseen connection birthed by Lucifer's deal with Alastor wove its complex tapestry. Alastor's relentless desire for the angelic elixir restrained his usual sharp tongue, leading to an uneasy truce. Greetings were exchanged, playful banter danced on the edge of insult, yet the air hung with a peculiar tension.

Charlie basked in the unexpected joy of witnessing her father and Alastor navigating this strange camaraderie, an outcome that had felt utterly implausible

In the bar of the hotel, Lucifer and Alastor found themselves navigating the intricate dance of their growing connection. Sitting on chairs while Husk was just drinking as always, a conversation about the past started to flow.
Lucifer's eyes held a subtle passion as he heard Alastor share stories about his mother. "Alastor, you're a total mama's boy"

He looked at the king, rolling his eyes and continuing to tell how wonderful his mother was "Ah, I miss these times. My youth, the food she made... I haven't even killed anyone! Haha!" "Weirdo..." Husk said, leaving the bar and going up stairs. The other two watched him disappear in silence, but soon returning to the conversation.

As the deer told more and more stories, the room seemed to shrink, the air thickening with unspoken emotions. Lucifer, usually composed, found himself drawn to Alastor's presence in ways he couldn't articulate. His gaze lingered, his heartbeat started to go faster as he couldn't take his eyes off the red demon. Grabbing another drink, he tried to forget it.
"Alastor, there's a peculiar charm in your voice, you know... I-i mean, your voice was totally made for radio! Haha..." Lucifer confessed, his voice carrying a nervous and warmth tone.

Alastor, ever perceptive, met Lucifer's gaze with a knowing smile. "Why, thank you, 'your majesty'." The hotel's eerie silence enveloped them, emphasizing the unspoken tension. In the subtle interplay of shadows and candlelight, a moment of connection unfolded. Lucifer's eyes betrayed a depth of emotion, a silent acknowledgment of a bond that went beyond the camaraderie they pretended.
Alastor, who noticed the time said goodbye to the blonde one, who waved looking a bit too happy.
Angel Dust, who had been discreetly observing from a corner, couldn't resist a sly comment as he approached Lucifer. "Well, well, looks like the big guy's got a soft spot for the Radio Demon! Who would've thought?"
Lucifer, attempting to maintain his usual composure, dismissed Angel Dust's remark with annoyed face. "Angel, don't be absurd. We're just talking... Don't say that again." The spider raised an eyebrow and smirked looking at the King's blushed cheeks. "You know we're Just friends. Nothing more nothing less"
"Oh yeah, totally" The demon said in a ironic tone.

They continued their exchange, delving deep into the recesses of the devil's feelings.
Angel Dust, with a teasing smile, poked "So, boss, feelin' some fireworks for the Radio freak, huh?" Lucifer, trying to keep a casual demeanor, shrugged. "Oh, cut it out, Angel. It's just friendship... nothing more. I've already told you" Yet, his eyes betrayed an depth of emotion he attempted to conceal.
Angel Dust's playful demeanor persisted. "Yeah, yeah. Just friends, huh? But the way you look at him... could melt even the icy heart of a heartless psycho."

Lucifer scoffed, a faint blush coloring his cheeks. "Angel, cut the crap. There's nothing more than a peculiar friendship!" His attempt to seem indifferent failed miserably. Taking advantage of the situation, Angel Dust suggested with a mischievous smile, "You know what, boss? Admit it already. Everyone here has noticed. Even Husk, who's usually more plastered than a skunk on a Sunday."

Lucifer let out a resigned sigh. "I mean... Maybe there's something, but I don't want to complicate things." He confessed, staring into emptiness as if trying to understand his own feelings. Surprisingly serious, Angel Dust patted Lucifer on the shoulder. "Sometimes, complicating things is just a way to discover somethin' good, you know? Don't let the Devil's pride ruin everythin'! Go for it!"

The two demons continued to chat for a while, seeming to have fun while talking about fandom things as the night ended.
