Present Day

Everything had finally started to go back to normal after the angels had tried to destroy all of hell. Sadly with only one thing that was yet to be back. Was Charlie still unconscious in her room. A week had gone by and there were still no signs of the demon princess waking up. Even with her wound almost completely healed thanks to Alastor and his powers. This puzzled everyone who couldn't figure out why she had yet to regain consciousness.

"I don't understand! Hey shit lord you said that you healed Charlie! Yet she still hasn't woken up? What the fuck did you do to her?" Vaggie yelled at Alastor getting closer to him while holding her weapon in hand.

Alastor used his finger and slowly moved the pointed weapon away from his face. "I can assure you miss Vaggie that I did nothing but help the princess. As to why she hasn't woken up yet. Well, your guess is as good as mine. There is the possibility that when Adam's angelic power hit her. That it could have left some underlying backlash that even we can't fix." Alastor said putting his hand over his chin as he spoke out loud. Trying to think of any other possibility that they could be missing.

"Then how do we go about waking her up? Like I know she has her moments of being annoying. To be honest I'm starting to miss Charlie's over bubbly personality." AngelDust said from his seat over at the new bar they had built for Husk.

"Well, what are the chances that His Highness can use his powers? You know like counter the effects of Adam's power that is currently affecting her." Husk asked as he was behind the bar cleaning glasses.

"Well, you would think that Lucifer would be able to do just that. Sadly though he has already tried that very thing you suggested. Even the great Lucifer can not figure out what caused his precious daughter to not awake from her unknown slumber." Alastor said as he started to walk towards the stairs.

"And where do you think you're going?" Vaggie said getting in Alastor's way. She had started to become uncomfortable with how often he was going to Charlie's bedroom. Especially after there was nothing left for him to do to help her.

"Not sure why it's any of your concern with what I do with my time. Yet if you must know I am going to visit the princess." Alastor said moving Vaggie out of his way. Vaggie was about to go and stop him but was stopped by AngelDust. She gave him a questioning look and he just shook his head. Vaggie sighed as she watched Alastor disappear.

Alastor took the elevator up to where his room was, but also where Charlie's room resided as well. Leaving the elevator as it arrived at his destination he started to walk along the quiet hallways to Charlie's room. Alastor had a sense that someone was in there with her. Which would usually mean he would wait till they were gone. Yet he had a feeling to go and see her. Alastor slowly opened the door to her room. The room was the same as it was before. A king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom big enough to fit everyone in the hotel. As he walked in and slowly closed the door behind him. He saw that he had been correct and saw that the person in the room with her was her father. Which wasn't much of a surprise at this point. Lucifer had become very depressed with his daughter having yet to wake up. Also without understanding why, was making the situation even worse.

"I'm surprised you would come in here while she has company," Lucifer said already realizing who had entered the room without even looking up.

"Yes well, I had this nagging feeling to come and see the princess," Alastor said as he walked towards Charlie's bed. Making sure that he was standing on the other side from where Lucifer was currently sitting. Lucifer looked up at Alastor and sighed. Usually, he would question what Alastor meant by that. Charlie still was in the same condition she was in, minus the wounded part. He had no energy to fight with the Radio Demon. Alastor sat done in another chair that was near Charlie's bed. Neither one of them spoke to one another. Now don't get me wrong, Lucifer was grateful that Alastor had saved his daughter and all. Yet that still didn't mean he liked the demon very well. Lucifer still believed that Alastor had some kind of alternative motive as to why he was even here in the first place. He just hadn't figured it out and at the moment he honestly didn't care. He just wanted his daughter to wake up.

Minutes turned to hours as both of them had been sitting there. Lost in their thoughts of Charlie and everything that has happened. Finally, Lucifer stood up and looked at Alastor.

"I will take my leave back to my room. I would hope that if anything changes in my daughter's condition. You will report it to me as soon as possible? Lucifer asked but was an order in disguise. Alastor looked at the King giving him a very dark and sinister glare. Which only lasted for a second, but even Lucifer had noticed.

"Why of course your Highness. If at any point Charlie were to wake in your absence I will make it my duty to come and inform you." Alastor said with complete sarcasm in his voice. He didn't take being ordered what to do all too well. Lucifer was about to say something in response, yet decided to ignore it. Knowing that everyone was on edge even the all-powerful Radio Demon. So instead he just nodded his head and walked out of Charlie's room. Closing the door behind him and leaving Alastor with Charlie.

"You know my dear demon belle, everyone had become quite out of sorts with you not having woken up yet. If there is any chance you can hear me. I would highly suggest you please try and come back to us." Alastor looked at Charlie as if just by him saying that would wake her up. Instead, there was silence in the room. Only both of their breathing were heard in the room. Alastor laid his head on the side of her bed and looked up at her. Wishing he could just snap his fingers to wake her up. He knew that even he couldn't do anything but wait now. Wait for his precious sweetheart to finally wake up. Alastor fell asleep with the thoughts of waking up to Charlie being awake. In his dreams, she was there laughing, singing, and dancing with everyone in the hotel.

As Alastor slept unknowingly to him. Charlie's hand had started to slowly move and then her eyes finally started to slowly open up.
