Chapter 5

"Yes you heard it right Alastor.... I know it's strange but it's true... You must be surprised to hear this... Huh?" Lucifer said with some embarrassment in his voice.

Alastor just gave him a weird look just speechless after hearing that.

"I don't know how that's possible and I don't want to know.... I'm going to bed now" Alastor said as he took his cup of coffee and went to his room.

Lucifer then watched him walk away as he grabs the duck plush and heads off to his room, once he did, he changed into his duck pajamas and lays down on his bed hugging the duck plush.

Alastor then went to his room as he turned on his radio to listen to some music as he sips his coffee trying to forget about what Lucifer said.

The next 5 years, Lucifer was starting to fidget his ring on his finger quite alot as he was already giving up hope for Lilith to come back. Since he was already finally starting to lose feelings for her after her being gone for so long. Lucifer didn't know what to do as he groaned as he hit his head on the table.

Alastor just finished his broadcast as he heard that now Television was becoming more well known in hell as he passed by the kitchen on the way out he noticed Lucifer.

"Oh my, is the short king upset now?~" Alastor then teases him.

"I just have a lot on my mind.... Don't mind me..." Lucifer said, as he still had his head down.

"Alright then! I'm heading out to check on this new television thing everyone is so interested in, I'll be back" Alastor said as he walked out.

Lucifer then watched Alastor walk out as a small blush appeared on his face. 'he is somehow kinda hot.... Wait no, I shouldn't think like this at all! It's wrong!' Lucifer shook his head at the thought he had, calling it ridiculous to say at least.

Alastor was out walking around pentagon city then noticed a brand new store which every sinner seemed interested in, he took a closer look at it and saw a bunch of televisions on as Alastor tilted his head curious on this new technology.

Vox then was shown on TV, back then he didn't have a flat screen yet but instead his TV head was basically a box TV head.

"Hello viewers from hell! I am Vox and I will introduce you to some good fashion television!~ it's about time to introduce you all to some good television once in a while!" Vox said as he laughed. "Now... I command you to buy this new tech for your own safety~" As Vox said that his eye then went close to the screen as it hypothesized everyone except Alastor didn't allow himself to be easily hypothesized by a simple picture show.

Alastor then went inside the store to see if he could find this TV head. In just his luck Vox then walked out of his studio as Vox immediately noticed the red head. Vox then immediately went to him to introduce himself.

"Hello fellow sinner! My name is Vox, I recently just died and I couldn't help but notice that hell doesn't have any TV around here so I had to create some television around here! And you are?" Vox then asked after his speech.

"It's Alastor.... Pleasure to be meeting you.... What a pleasure.... And I am known here as the radio demon! Everyone knows me from my radio broadcast after all!" Alastor then said with pride and confidence in his answer.

"Oh, so you died way before television became a thing! I feel bad for you! Radio kinda died down after the invention of television but hey that's just life!" Vox said as he chuckled a little, but it was more of a light-hearted chuckle more than anything.

"Charmed I'm sure, I still prefer my radio broadcast after all I'm more comfortable with radio than this picture show" Alastor then said as he pointed at the TV with his radio cane.

"Hey... actually perhaps we could be business partners? Think about it! With radio and television joining together as a business, we would become even stronger as good business partners! What do you say?" Vox then offered Alastor.

"Hmm.... Let me think about it first TV head, I'll let you know when I think about it." Alastor then said before leaving.

"Fuck yes!" Vox then quietly said in hopes that Alastor would join him.

As Alastor walked out, he then made his way to Cannibal Town to go see his friend Rosie, someone he met sometime after arriving in hell. It certainly has been awhile since he talked to his good friend. That is until a pink chain came around his neck and pulled him into a dark alleyway.

"Gah!" Alastor said as he fell onto the floor only to see Lilith in front of him, he noticed she was in a beach outfit. "What do you want now?" Alastor said as he rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"You were not answering me from that pathetic radio... So I came to get some answers myself... little pet..~" Lilith said with a smile on her face.

"Maybe because I want to do things on my own for once!" Alastor said as he snarled at her. Lilith then pulled on his chain close to her face then said, "Oh Alastor dear.... What did I say about that little attitude pet?~" Alastor didn't say anything, instead he saw her hand in front of him and bit her hand making her bleed.

"Why you little!" Lilith then throws him into a wall then pulls him close to her face again. "Now.... How is my husband and daughter doing?" Lilith said while she glares at Alastor.

".... They are doing well...." Alastor said as he looks the other way annoyed.

"Good~" Lilith then gave Alastor a pet before kissing his head, making Alastor growl at her.

"Don't do that.... That's disgusting..." Alastor then snarls. "You don't get to tell me what to do, my little pet...~" Lilith said before laughing as she disappeared. Alastor then used his tentacles to flip over the trash that was in the alleyway out of anger.

Now he doesn't want to go hang out with his friend Rosie since Lilith ruined his day. So he ended up going back to Lucifer's castle to hide out in his room until he was all cooled down. When he walked in, he just pushed Lucifer to the side as he headed to his room.

"Woah, hey what's your problem?" Lucifer said as he noticed Alastor's attitude.

"Leave me alone baked bean!" Alastor then said as he slammed his room door.

"How rude!" Lucifer called out and as he was going to tell Alastor off as he went to his room, he then heard Alastor mumbling something. It was hard to hear but Lucifer then turned into a small snake as he slither through the crack of the door as he saw Alastor just in the corner holding onto his legs as Lucifer went a bit closer but made sure to stay quiet. He then noticed Alastor's shadow trying to cheer up Alastor.

"Not now.... I just can't deal with that damn bitch... No matter what she still owns my soul... I hate her so much.... But soon in time I will get free from that bitch...." Alastor then told his shadow.

Lucifer couldn't stay quiet for long until he was on Alastor's shoulder.

"WAIT YOU SOLD YOUR SOUL?!" Lucifer said still in his snake form.

"HUH? THE FUCK?" Alastor then notices the little snake Lucifer as he grabs him and throws him across the room. "Can you not listen in my conversation?!"

"With your own shadow? Man you are so lonely" Lucifer said as he turns back into his normal self.

"Lovely, I can't even keep my own stuff to myself" Alastor said as he rolled his eyes.

"Well pardon me Bambi for getting worried about you! You looked upset so I had to check on you!" Lucifer then said.

"Don't ever call me that ever again, also why would you care about me?!" Alastor then said as he gave Lucifer a look.

"It's because I lo... I mean you have stayed here for quite some time and you are like a good friend to me!" Lucifer then said.
