Chapter 12

It has been years since then, Charlie even dated a boy during her teen years and ended up breaking up with him sometime in her early adulthood. They simply fell out of love, Charlie on the other hand would look through the window during extermination day and would feel bad for the sinners so she thought of something. Maybe she could open up a hotel for sinners? One where redemption could be perhaps possible for them instead of having these awful exterminations. Charlie wanted to tell her dads about it so she went to the kitchen and saw Alastor in a guard uniform and Lucifer dressed up like a male wife cooking some breakfast.

"Hey Uh dads? Can I tell you two something?" Charlie said as she scratches the back of her head.

"Yes Charlie?" Both Alastor and Lucifer said at the same time.

"Well I was thinking of making a hotel perhaps...?" Charlie said with a nervous smile on her face.

"A hotel? Sounds fun Charlie!" Lucifer said being excited for her.

"Well uh exactly.... A hotel for sinners so they could perhaps be redeemed?" Charlie then nervously said.

Alastor then gave a look. "Redemption? Charlie dear I don't think that's even possible" Alastor then said.

"Al! But uh Charlie.... He has a point.... Sinners are just... Uhm.... Complicated, they didn't come to hell for no reason.... They committed sins and any crime you could even think of" Lucifer then said trying to speak the truth and knowing heaven's hypocrisy.

"But dad! I know this could work!" Charlie said trying to convince him.

"It may not be that easy.... But I do have an old building I haven't touched in years so perhaps you could use that? Just saying that redemption isn't possible but you could have that hotel if it makes you happy...." Lucifer said with a soft smile, even though he didn't like the idea but he did want to make her happy.

"Really?! Thank you dad!!" Charlie said as she gave him a hug. Lucifer hugs her back, then makes a pen and paper appear in front of him as he writes down the address to the building, then gives it to Charlie. "Here's the address, feel free to take Razzle, Dazzle, and Keeki with you if you want" Lucifer said to Charlie as he smiled.

Charlie thanked him again as she went to start packing her stuff and went to get her three pets.

"You're really letting her go? Why Luci?" As Alastor asked, a bit confused by this. "Yeah... Well I can tell she's all grown up.... But she will always be my little girl Al..." Lucifer said as he gave Alastor a hug as he cried. "Well she's taller than you now my short king~" Alastor then teased Lucifer. "I... Stooppp Al!!" Lucifer said as he made a pouty face. "I love you too Lu~" Alastor said before giving Lucifer a kiss on the head.

Once Charlie went to the address of the building, she went in with Razzle, Dazzle, and Keeki and noticed that her hotel definitely needed some cleaning up to do. Once she picked a room, she put her stuff in there until a female appeared in her room.

"Huh?? Who are you?" Charlie asked as she didn't remember who this girl is.

"Oh Charlie! I think you should know the right to know me!" Lilith said as she went to Charlie and touched her head, replacing the memories of Alastor with her instead so Charlie would forget about Alastor ever being a parent figure to her and would see Lilith as her mother now and Lilith would replace memories of Lucifer being by himself with Charlie with Lilith being there like she wasn't an absent mother. Basically making Charlie believe her mother was always there for her even though she wasn't at all.

Then Lilith saw a portrait of Alastor, Lucifer, and Charlie as she replaced Alastor with herself same with other portraits as well.

"M-mom! I'm so glad you're here!" Charlie said after receiving her fake memories as she hugs Lilith.
