Chapter 17

A month passed by, and the war between them and the exterminators happened, Adam had been stabbed by Niffty, but Alastor was hurt, he didn't want to be seen by the others and especially by Lucifer. He just didn't want his husband to worry about him. Eventually he did show up sometime after everyone was meeting in front of the newly built hotel.

Lucifer saw him and was glad to see him and all but he noticed how Alastor would struggle to keep his posture as he grew worried about him.

When everyone was going into their rooms for the night, Lucifer went to Alastor's room, luckily now he decided to live with Charlie in the hotel. Then he walked in and immediately noticed Alastor gripping on his chest as Lucifer rushed to him.

"Al..! You're hurt..! Why didn't you tell me?!" Lucifer asked as he put his hand on Alastor's chest.

"I... I didn't want to worry you Luci...." Alastor said as he still held onto his wound.

"You know I will be worried! Only because I love you..... Just please let me heal you Al.... Please..?" Lucifer said as he looked at Alastor with saddened eyes.

"..... Fine Lu... Only because you look cute right now" Alastor said as he looked away from Lucifer as he blushed a bit.

Then Lucifer puts his hands on Alastor's wound as he heals it, there was a scar now but now the wound wasn't opened anymore.

"There... If you get hurt again please don't hide it from me Al...." Lucifer said as he snuggled close to Alastor's chest. Then Husk rushes into Alastor's room and sees them.

"Uh, so I think you may need to see this.... So I woke up to get a drink from the bar until I heard a knock on the door... I answered it and uh your majesty..... Your wife or just ex-wife is here....." Husk said as he drinks his booze.

"Excuse me... You're joking right?! She would never come back, she hasn't before so why now???" Lucifer said finding that odd.

"Ugh... Fuck I don't want to see her ass...." Alastor mumbled to himself, Lucifer heard him. Lucifer then strokes Alastor's ears to keep him calm for now.

"Sorry but it's true- Not sure why she decided to come back, but I tried to shut the door on her and she just walked in like she fucking owns the place." Husk said before he decided to walk out.

"Ugh! Shit, what to do now?!" Lucifer said as he groaned. "I haven't seen her in person in over 200 years...."

"You're lucky for that, I haven't seen her since she had me in chains and kissed my head.." Alastor said as he was still disgusted from that even though it has been years since then.

".... She did.... WHAT TO YOU?!" Lucifer said, as he got a bit protective over his husband. "You never told me that part at all Al..."

"Calm down Luci.... Besides I don't have to deal with that anymore since I'm with you now~" Alastor said as he nuzzled his nose to Lucifer's non-existent nose.

Lucifer blushed by this then said, "That's enough Al.... But I think it's best if I talk to Lilith and figure out why she's even here in the first place.... And tell her to leave...." Lucifer said as he gave Alastor a quick kiss on the lips before heading out.

Lilith was in the main hall where Lucifer just teleports in front of her.

"Lilith.... What do you want?" Lucifer asked with a stern look on his face.

"Lucifer...! I missed our time together and thought that me, you and our daughter could be one happy family again!" Lilith said as she went to him offering a hug.

"Lilith.... Sorry but no....."

"What... Why..?"

"I raised Charlie for most of her life without you...! And you replacing Charlie's memory of Alastor with you was too far! Especially since you were never in her life at all! Lilith! My love has died for you for years now.... Yes I have waited for you to come back..... But a moment of realization made me think clearly now.... That you were never coming back.... If you really cared about your family then you wouldn't have left me and Charlie for over 200 years!! Just give back Charlie's memory back to her and tell her the truth that you were never there for her in her own life!" Lucifer then told Lilith as he was telling the truth.

"I can change Lucifer.... Please give me another chance.... I can always peg you again~" Lilith said as she was trying to seduce him in hopes it works.

"Lilith no.... It's too late for that...." Lucifer said as he sighs. "Besides I moved on and am now happy...." Lucifer smiled as he looked at the ring on his finger Alastor gave him.

"..... Oh? And that must be my pet you decided to take from me, hm?" Lilith said as she lifted her eyebrow.

"At least I treat him with respect! Also what the fuck would you kiss his head?!" Lucifer said as Lilith clenched her fist hearing that Alastor told him about that.

"That wasn't for you to know..." Lilith said as she turned to the side.

"Well he doesn't have to listen to you anymore so lea—"

Charlie just walked in the lobby half asleep wondering what all the muffling from the lobby was going on. Then she saw Lilith and immediately ran to her and hugged her.

"Mom! You came! Isn't this great dad?!" Charlie said as she got excited real quick despite having her bed hair everywhere.

"Charlie.... You need to know something about your mother.... Go on Lilith tell the truth or I will say it myself." Lucifer said as he crossed his arms.

"I don't understand, isn't this a good thing dad...?"

"Oh sweetie! You're talking nonsense! Don't worry about your dad Charlie, I'm here now and that's what matters!" Lilith said as she smiled at Charlie.

"Bullshit Lilith, sorry but you need to remember Charlie! Please do! You never met your mom only because your mom has been gone for way more than 7 years! Ever since you were born Charlie! Your mother has been gone since!" Lucifer then decided to say the truth.

"But the portraits of us..? And my memories of mom are real.... Right...?" Charlie asked even looking confused.

"Of course they are real sweetie! Your dad is just being delusional!" Lilith said as she pats Charlie's head.

"Delusional my ass..." A radio voice was heard throughout the room.
