The past week, raine had been hanging out with eda more, accurately speaking, they were keeping an eye on Ronan, if Ronan got close, they'd squeeze between in the middle.
"She might have germs, I'm saving you."
They said to Ronan, or if Ronan wanted to help eda with something, like getting something for PE, and it being too heavy, if Ronan tried to help, they'd do it and pull eda away in the process.
"You're taking too long, the teachers getting pissed."
Eda was genuinely confused, she didn't know why raine started acting like this, and whenever eda was tutoring Ronan at home, they'd ask Lilith to keep an eye on Ronan, since she and Darius confronted raine about the crush 2 days ago.
Thursday :
"Hey raine! I told Lilith about your crush and she's here to help!"
Darius had Lilith standing beside him, while raine glared at him.
"Why would you tell her?"
"Duh, shes yours crush's sister, of course I'd tell her."
"Anyway, I'm here to help, I saw the little jealousy tantrum you threw after my sister decided to tutor Ronan."
"It's not a jealousy tantrum! I'm just worried for her!"
Darius and Lilith raised their eyebrows unconvinced.
"Oh come on! He could be one of those people who are heart players! Or he pretends to like her for something and ditches her later!"
"Raine, I think Ronan likes her and now you're both fighting for her."
"Talk about chessy romance films..." lilith snickered.
And that's how raine found themself always around eda, at first Ronan thought they didn't like eda, but found out about their little crush in the bathroom.
Friday :
Ronan was in the bathroom, when he heard Darius come out of the other stall, he heard him talking with someone on the phone.
"Yeah no, raine I'd rather hear you ramble about your crush on eda at home than in the school bathroom."
Ronan froze, what?
"Raine, don't come to me, go to Lilith instead, I have some things to do."
And Darius left, Ronan came out and splashed themself with some water, raine liked eda? Well that sucked, oh well, may the best person win then.
Present day :
Raine was on the sofa, looking at pictures of eda, how her hair flowed in the wind, her arms pale and soft, they often dreamed about holding eda, she would lean on top of them with her arms around their neck, and their arms around her waist, or how soft her lips looked, they looked kissable and that maybe it would even smell like apple blood or whatever freaky name the company called it.
And Darius was talking to Lilith coming up with a plan.
"Ok, the field trip is coming up we should use that and try to get eda to like raine."
"I heard from one of the teachers, we're going to stay over night cause we're visiting some historical places, so that means there's gonna be rooms for us to stay in."
"Ok ok.....let me think....I got it, what if we get them to share the same room?"
"What? Darius I swear if you're trying to get my sister knocked up....."
"No! Raines non binary, so there might be a chance to get them in the same room."
"Well I know raine would possibly pass out from excitement, but what about edalyn? She might be completely irritated."
"Well then do something's to get her flustered or start having those kind of thoughts to ward raine."
"Alright....."
