Sumedh's POV
I woke up cause of a slap. I sat up with a jerk. I saw Chachi ji.
Chachi ji: Uth jaiye maharaj. Kab tak soenge aap? 😏
She taunted me. My head is very heavy and it's hurting. I saw the time. It is 5:30 AM. Always I woke up by myself at 6:00. Why is she here early?
Sumedh: Mai uthne hi wala tha bas, kal kaam kar ke thak gaya tha.
I said truth. I did a lot of work yesterday. I am tired.
Chachi ji: Haa haa pata hai kitna kaam kiya tha tune. Chal uth ghar ka kaam kar aur khana banane ki taiyari kar. Mai to chali sone.
She left. I sighed.
Sumedh: Mere saath aisa kyu ho raha hai? Maine kya kiya hai? 😭
I cried. Am suffering from years. I want to jump of the terrace or may be cut my wrist or do anything else which can release me from this torture. But then I remember my di. I want to find her. Where is she? After the death of aai-baba she was my everything. Destiny snatched her from me. I don't know where is she. I can't go to police cause of Chacha ji's several threats. I cried more.
After sometime. I wiped my tears and stood up. I went to bathroom and took a bath. I prepared breakfast and went to do household works. It's 8:30 AM. I ate the leftovers. My breakfast. I went to a park which is near the house. I don't want to stay in the house. Some thing bad can happen with me there.
I sat on a bench and watched kids playing. I smiled. It's so peaceful seeing kids. The respective mothers of kids came and took their kids with them. I didn't realize the time.
I stood up and went to the fountain in the middle of park. The water was gently falling towards the crystal blue pool beneath it, causing ripples to form. The sound of water acts so beautiful sound. I touched the water and giggled. I touched the water again and again. I love playing with water. The water is so pure. The nature gives me quiet joy.
I suddenly realized I have to go to job. Oh no. I will be late. I sneaked in the house and entered in my room. I sighed in relief as Chachi ji didn't saw me. I dressed up in my uniform. I took my bag and was about to leave.
Chachi ji: Sumedh aaj tum kaam par nahi jaoge. Mujhe Nandini ke ghar kitty party par jana hai. Tum ghar par rahoge.
She said rudely.
