The alarm went off and we flipped the two pregnancy tests we took for fun
One was positive and one was negative
" What the fuck?" Antonia said
" Which one is yours?"
" I don't know, let's do another and see what's up"
Opening another pack frantically I used the marker to write on the back before dipping it in the cup with pee
Laying it down I nervously watched the timer count down
My stomach felt uneasy and I felt as if I was gonna pass out
" Solayne you okay" Antonia said rubbing my shoulder
" What if it's mine?"
" Well ofcourse it's fucking your I haven't fucked in months " she said
The timer went off and I flipped over mine which showed the lines clearly
I was pregnant
" I-I- I can't do this, why me " I said breaking down and callopsing
Antonia sat on the floor with me as I leaned on her and cried
" Everything happens for a reason even unplanned things, Kaelem will take care of you both your gonna be an amazing mommy " she said combing through my locs
" I think I should get an abortion"
She looked at me
" I don't think you should make that decision by yourself atleast wait for Kaelem " she said
I sniffled holding my stomach
" I always wanted to be a mother, but I'm just too young I can't do it" I said
" Listen anything you set your mind towards you can do, every child deserves a child they didn't want to be here remember that and maybe this is a chance for you to raise your baby in the way you wanted to be raised and treated when you were younger" Antonia said
She's right this baby didn't ask to be here the least I can do is bring forth that child
I nodded
And she hugged me and smiled
" I'm gonna be an auntie" she said squealing

4 Days Later
" What's up witchu you been ignoring me the last couple of days"
" It's nothing I just found something out and needed time to process it "
" Found out what" he questioned looking up at me
" When you get home I will tell you"
He hummed in response
I stood to my feet rubbing over my stomach slightly as Kaelem observed me as I walked around the room packing away things
I was anxious to hear how he would react when he found out
But the same time excited hoping he would be just as happy as I am now
" Baby I gotta go, imma see you tomorrow early"

I hung up the phone sitting on the bed looking for ways to break the news
