The celebration had already long since started, the real excitement of the night was about to begin for King and Diane. They had rushed in from being about the streets, enjoying each others company as they caused mischief. King was finding it all exciting as he hasn't ever had an opportunity to fun rampant like this back in his own home town. Diane dragged him into multiple running away situations, causing then both to be a bit out of breath. King decided to stick to hovering for the time being. He fell onto Ban's bed, Diane quickly burst in.

Diane: Come on!! We don't have time to rest!
King: Diane~ I'm so tired.
Diane: You can be tired later! Now put on this suit! I want to see you in it.

Diane shoved a bundle of clothes into Kings hands and shoved him into the bathroom to change.

King: Hey Diane..
Diane: Hm?

Diane replied from the other side of the door. King rested his body against the door, as did Diane, yearning to be close to each other.

King: I.. Made you a little something, it's in a brown paper bag under my hammock.
Diane: You did? What is it?
King: You'll have to see~

Diane got up from off the floor, King heard the pitter pattering of her shoes as she ran off to get the bag.

Diane reached for the bag and peered inside. She took it out from the bag, clothes? No.. Not just any old clothes. A beautiful, long, dark blue dress with sequins carefully stitched from the hip to brim. It was beautiful. She saw matching blue slippers with golden souls and she felt like weeping. She had a memory not too dissimilar to this. A boy, orange hair, gifting her a beautiful dress for the first time. She smiled and hugged it. She immediately tried it on.

King was also finished up in the bathroom. They both came out at the same time, King doing up a button. He stopped when he saw Diane. Diane was beautiful, flaunting her dress. King readjusted his cuffs and walked over to Diane to get a closer look.

Stunning.

Diane: Hm?
King: You look stunning!
Diane: Are you surprised?
King: You look even better than I knew you'd look!

Diane hid behind her pigtails.

Diane: You look so smart! Here.. Hold on.

Diane brushed him down, realigned his bow tie and slicked his hair back. She put a little rose in his pocket, he looked so handsome.

King: Thank you!

Reminds him how she'd perfect his look before he headed off to school. He was the one having flashbacks this time.. How funny.

King: Shall we go?
Diane: Oo! I have a great spot!

Diane climbed atop of the huge slabs of rock around the castles patrol paths. This way they had view of the entirety of Liones.

King: Quite dangerous.
Diane: Well we're not idiots so we shouldn't jump.
King: Are we even allowed up here?
Diane: Nope! Otherwise everyone would be up here, hehe~
King: So if we're caught?
Diane: We run?
King: Reassuring..
Diane: Well you can fly so we can just gracefully glide down!
King: Ahaha, ofcourse-
Diane: Shhh, it's about to start!!

The firework shows. They set off 60 fireworks, to represent his age. Happens every year, adding a firework with every passing year.

Diane: 60 fireworks this year, right?
King: Right!

It's been months since King and Diane were apart. When they reuinted King'ss heart skipped a beat. Maybe 60 is the number of times he'd go to the moon and back for her. Who's counting? He'd go a million times for her.
