Every Barbie fan who reads my fanfictions must know who Erica Lindbeck is. She is one of the best Barbie voice actresses. And as Barbie fan and a fan of Spy Squad and a fanfiction author, I absolutely love her.
Last year, apparently someone took her voice using AI for some stupid song and when she complained, she was bullied off internet.
I'm respectfully asking those bullies to cut the shit out. No one has the right to take anyone's voice.... wether they are a celebrity or not.
And if that isn't enough, another voice actress is being bullied, Cristina Vee, the voice actress of Marinette Dupain_Cheng. She's being accused of being Zionist or some bullshit like that.
She literally received death threats and people were harassing her....telling her to off herself. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!?!!
Turns out, all of the accusations were false. Granted, I'm not in the Miraculous fandom anymore, but Cristina Vee didn't deserve to any of that crap!
And recently, she deleted her Twitter account...just like how Erica Lindbeck did last year.
Honestly, even though I just found out myself....I expected better from Barbie fandom. I left the Miraculous fandom because of how horribly toxic it was. And here we are...a Barbie voice actress getting bullied and none of us did anything to defend her.
Even though, it's been a whole year, it's not too late to spread awareness about what happened to Erica. And we also need speak up about Cristina's case, too.
