Shouto told them half of the truth. It hadn't been hard to convince the heroes Dabi had somehow managed to get his number, and texted him in an attempt to get him to go villain. Shouto told them he had been playing along with him until he had given him his hideout. They didn't take his phone as evidence, trusting Shouto to be the voice of the truth, and he was grateful for that.

He might actually be helping the heroes and being actually useful, but the guilt was still there with him along with the question: what would have happened if he actually had just stolen Izuku's diary?

He couldn't talk about this to anyone, not even Izuku, who right now was his only friend.

He had cried quite a lot, as he imagined what kind of fate Ochako would have suffered at the hands... of who? Probably Toga. He wished he could hurt her, avenge his friend- wait, this wasn't probably a healthy thought. Wishing for revenge was a dangerous game, he realized.

He knew when the operation was going to be developed, as well as the location of it.

He could actually do something for his friend.

Shouto ran as he saw the pro heroes begin the attack, his gun heavy on his pockets. He had picked a dark jacket and a full face mask that was completely dark and only left his eyes uncovered. He had also bought eye contacts, since he was aware that his own father would be involved in the attack, and he didn't want to risk somehow being recognized.

Before he could advance, several explosions detonated inside the "new hideout" of the league. The explosions were so intense Shouto actually staggered back, as he covered his eyes from the wind, which carried debris and sand. Why did they have to pick an old abandoned factory next to the beach?

Whatever. He kept running despite being blinded by the dust cloud from the explosion kept lingering in the air.

He had to find Toga.

As Shouto navigated through the chaos of the attack, (All Might seemed to be fighting a powerful man, he noted, as he watched them from a distance. Maybe that guy was "sensei"), he finally caught sight of Toga, her figure barely visible through the swirling dust and debris. He aimed his gun at her. Shouto had never had any experience with guns, and he actually stole this from his old man's basement, god knows why he kept guns there.

He was probably going to miss the shot if he didn't close the distance. As he slowly walked to the strangely still figure, he got jumpscared; Toga seemed to know he was behind her and quickly threw a knife at Shouto's face, which ripped half of his mask.

Shit.

He hadn't covered his scar.

"Shou-chan? You are aiming a gun at me? This isn't very heroic, shouu!" The girl yelled, a wild grin on her face as she closed the distance, lunging at him with two knives on her hands.

However, he just chose to freeze her legs, and then punched her on the face, making her body fall back as Shouto kicked the ice. Before Toga could attack him, he froze her entire body, effectively pinning her to the ground as he stood tall in front of her. He reached for the gun in his pocket, and aimed at her head with shaky hands.

"Aren't heroes supposed to save people, Shou-chan? Maybe you and I are alike! I also murder people when they make me mad" Toga, the mad bastard, was laughing on the ground.

BREAKING NEWS

More body parts have been found. The killer took the time to position Uraraka Ochako's limbs at different points near UA. It is evident that her body was completely dismembered and due to the lack of nails found on the available fingers, we can conclude the UA student was subjected to the most cruel torture the media has witnessed in years...

Shouto remembered the article, and his hands stopped shaking.

He shot.
