Ch. 10

Friday at lunch

"So you mean to tell me Jasmine cheated on Micheal with Omar?!" Destiny asks Kayla loudly at the lunch table.

"Yup I heard she got caught sucking Omar dick." Kayla says with a smirk on her face.

"Shit she just topped me off like 2 weeks ago." Jaden says with a chuckle and I cringe.

"Hoe ass." Destiny says and I'm not sure if she's talking about Jaden or Jasmine.

"Where's Braxton?" Toni asks Tay changing the subject.

"Ion know. He was here earlier." Tay says with a shrug.

"Aiyla prolly scared his ass away." Jaden says and nudges me with a smirk on his face.

"What did I do?" I ask him

"You know his ass feelin you and you keep playin." Trevon says in a duh tone and I roll my eyes.

"Oh please." I say and roll my eyes again.

I didn't do anything to that man.

The conversation changes and suddenly I get a call. I look and I see it's from Braxton.

"Hello?" I say answering the phone.

"Come in the hallway." Is all he says and then hangs up.

Weird

"Uh I'll be right back." I say and go to stand up.

"Where you going?" Jace asks me while looking me up and down.

"No where I'll be back." I say and then walk away from the table and out the cafeteria.

I look around for Braxton but I don't see him.

"Hey." I hear from behind me and I jump cause they scared me.

I turn around and I see Edwardo with a dazzling smile on his face.

"Hi." I say with a smile

"What you doing out here?" He asks me

"Looking for my friend and you?" I ask him nervously.

"Nothing in particular mami." He says while getting extremely close to my face and trapping me between him and the locker I'm standing in front of.

"Oh okay." I say quietly.

"You look sexy today." He says while looking into my eyes and I gulp.

This man looks and smells so good.

"Th-thank you." I say

"No problem. I was thinking that maybe me and you should hang out this weekend. You down." He asks me with a smile.

"Well I-"

"Aiyla." I hear Braxton say cutting me off from answering Edwardo.

"H-Hi Braxton." I say nervously because I'm still stuck in between Edwardo and the locker.

"What the fuck are you doing? Come on." He says sounding angry. He marches right up to us and pushes Edwardo out of the way and pulling me down the hall.

We enter an empty classroom.

"Umm."

"Umm nothing. What the fuck was that?" He asks me and he looks pissed.

"I was talking to him. Why'd you tell me to come in the hallway?" I ask him trying to change the subject.

"I needed to talk to you ." Is all he says with a stern look on his face.
