Chapter-2♤

Malvika's POV
I was busy preparing the needed stuff for the test that is needed to be conducted at 6:30 PM . Then suddenly 'his' thought came in my mind. His dimple, his eyes,his veiny hand , ahhhhh- wait why am I thinking about him ???
Mukku he's just a patient yes! JUST a patient .
My thoughts were interrupted by my colleague or my only friend Ishika.
Ishika: "Malvika , what's wrong?? Where are you lost ?? Is everything fine ????? "
She asked worried .
Malvika: "Ya ya I'm fine , nothing's wrong , just a little exhausted I guess"
" I lied to her , for the first time I'm not sharing anything with her , but whyyy?" She thought this .
Nurse: "Dr.Ishika you're needed in the OPD .
Ishika: "Coming ! , Mukku I have to go and pls do tell me if something is wrong"
Malvika:" ya ya sure , now go ishu!"
She went
Nurse: "Dr. Malvika , the patient is here "
Malvika: "okay , send him in "
" He came , oh my god ! why is my heart beating so fast ! What the hell is wrong with me ."
"His dark brown eyes met with mine , and we had a eye contact for a few second, until I decided to break it"
Malvika : " Pls have a seat " I said being professional.

Shubman's POV
As soon as I reached home , my mind were filled with her thoughts , her smile , her hair swaying in the air , the way she talks and OFCOURSE her EYES her dark brown eyes , I was a bit happy that she has dark brown eyes, because even I do . Atleast we have something in common . But wait- what was her name?
"Dr. Malvika"
I turned around , only to see di having a conversation with mom, on call ofc
Shahneel: Yes , ma her name is Dr.Malvika , she's very kind and polite , also she's way too beautiful .
Shubman smiled hearing her talking with their mother and thinking about her ."Dr Malvika yes ! " he smiled thinking he now knows her name .
Shahneel : "okay ma , I have to go now , we have to leave for the hospital , it's already 6 pm . Bye ma "
Shubman : "Let's go di, I'm ready "
Shaneel : " yes let's go"
"Well I just hope It's not something serious, because I really want to perform well in this world cup"
They sat in their car and reached hospital .

"As soon as we reached there the nurse asked us to get in ,
And as soon as I stepped in again the smell of primroses hit my nose and 'again' her mesmerizing dark brown eyes met with mine 'again' . How does she manage to look so damn beautiful ? Even after working for 3 hours straight or maybe even more ? Who knows? He thought .
His thoughts were broken when she asked him to sit .
Malvika : Uhmmm, can you raise your sleeves? So that I can inject this syringe and take blood for samples?
Shubman : yeah ofcourse.
He folded his sleeves and she started
to apply the medicine on the area where the syringe was supposed to be injected .
Malvika: "So , what is your name ?"(She asked in order to distract him)
Shubman : "Pardon?" Wait this can't be real she doesn't know me ?" He thought .
Malvika : I asked , what is your name ?
Shubman :" uhhh, Shubman Gill." I said bluntly and turned to di only to her controlling her laughter . I just squinted my eyes at her and made a 'stop it' face .
Malvika: "Done, look here is the sample , and by tomorrow we will get the reports , so how is your fever now Mr.gill? "
Shubman: "no improvement Dr, idk but I feel very weak ".
Malvika: "hmmm , i see , so I'm prescribing you some medicine you have them , these white tablets after food twice a day and this liquid before food 2tsp also twice a day , okay " smiled
Shahneel :" thank you so much doctor "
Malvika : "No need to say thank you , it's my job to do so"
Nurse : DR , DR , emergency case !!
Malvika : Emergency?
Nurse : Dr delivery case!!
Malvika : Take the patient, towards OT I'm coming !!
Then she turned towards the Gills and said " sorry I have to go byee" with that she dashed off .
Meanwhile shubman just stared at her dashing figure and sighed
Shahneel : Shall we leave ? Or do you wanna stay here ? She asked
Shubman : "Agar woh yaha hai , toh kyu nahi" he whispered .
Shahneel : "Kya??"
Shubman : "nothing , let's go"
With that he started walking and shahneel followed him .
