The teacher started the club by introducing herself to the students, and each student introduced themselves and shared a fact about themselves. "I'm Julian, and I like working on cars I guess." Julian said he was the last student to share. The teacher explained the assignment, and everyone grabbed a camera and went to take pictures for the assignment. It was a simple task, they had to take a photo of whatever they wanted and show the rest of the class. After everyone was done, Julian shared first. He took pictures of the sky, and some trees. The rest of the students in the club shared their images, which were better than Julian's, and that's when Julian decided to work harder, to be a better photographer than everyone else in the club. He spent hours at home, getting all the notes he slept through. After a couple of weeks, he improved, but he still was not as good as his clubmates.

"Mrs. Wacky, how do I get better at photography?" Julian asked the teacher, and she replied with: "it takes a lot of practice, but you have improved. You should research several types of photography, and different tactics." Julian nodded and did just that. After his research and more practice, he still found himself in a position where he felt he was not getting any better. One of the days, he went to the photography club, and decided to ask some of the students there for help. "How are you so good at photography?" Julian asked one of the students. "I guess I just have a natural skill at it." the student replied with a smile. "Julian, you want to know how to improve?" Mrs. Wacky asked. "Yeah, I just feel like my photography isn't that good." Julian replied. "I have noticed that you tend to copy other photographers' work, you should try and be more original. Photography is a form of art; it does not mean anything to you if you just copy other people's work. You need to express your emotions, not other peoples."
