Season 4 Chapter 13: Let it Flow! School Festival!

Outside of U.A. the villain known as Gentle Criminal and his follower La Brava hugged each other as soon as the pro heroes and Dark Phenix arrived as the girl quickly recognized the vigilante and got scared of him. 

Gentle Criminal: U.A… I wish to turn myself in. 

Hound Dog: Turn yourself in? 

Ectoplasm B: I’ve seen him before. 

Ectoplasm C: He’s that villain who’s quick to escape– The one who posts those impertinent videos. 

The two clones of Ectoplasm spoke as Dark Phenix put his gun away as he watched Hound Dog approach the two villains as he pushed La Brava off of Gentle Criminal and growled at him. 

Hound Dog: Anyone else with you? 

Gentle Criminal: No. 

He simply said with his hands out as Hound Dog sniffed him and brought the man closer to him as he noticed the injuries on him. 

Hound Dog: What are those injuries and the gouged out ground? 

Gentle Criminal: I told you. I tripped and fell. 

Hound Dog: Just two of you? 

Gentle Criminal: That’s right. 

Hound Dog: “That’s right”?! There’s one more, isn’t there? I can smell one of our students! Where’s our student? 

He growled after finding Midoriya’s scent on the villain as he brought the man closer to him, who stayed silent. And before anything could happen, they heard sounds of footsteps running to the area, as Midoriya arrived as his entire face was covered with scratches, some blood on his left side of his nose and some bits of dirt. 

Gentle Criminal: ‘I have committed many crimes up until now… but my greatest crime was to kidnap and brainwash an innocent girl. Giving myself a nice-sounding reason for my self-interest, I’ve lived this whole time for myself. Betting my feelings, fighting, reduced until all that’s left at the bottom of me… is a heart that can feel… for someone else. Izuku Midoriya, I’m glad that you were the one I was able to trade blow with last.’ All the blame lies on me. So please, pardon Manami Aiba. 

He said as he faced the pro heroes and vigilante ready to give up the life of being a villain as he felt La Brava grabbed on the back of his cape, trying to free him and stop him from talking as she started to cry. 

La Brava: ‘Gentle…! For my sake…! No… No… I… I love Gentle! That’s not fair, Gentle. Even though you know that I wouldn’t want to cause you any trouble…!’ 

Ectoplasm B: What about your injuries? 

Hound Dog: Were you fighting? 

The two pros asked him as he stayed silent as his gaze landed on Gentle as he tried to think of a reason other than fighting to the teachers and Dark Phenix. 

Midoriya: I realized that he was going to play a joke on U.A., so we had a small disagreement. But…it’s fine now. 

He said as those words caused Gentle to widen his eyes hearing him lie about fighting while La Brava collapsed to her knees as she cried out in relief. Then a loud ringing noise was heard as Ectoplasm B pulled out his phone and answered it as they heard Snipe’s voice through the device. 

Snipe: Hound Dog, Dark Phenix, Ectoplasm C, any irregularities? 

Ectoplasm C: Snipe. 

Snipe: Please report. 

The two clones of Ectoplasm looked at each other, not sure what to tell Snipe, but Hound Dog quickly grabbed the phone and reported to Snipe of their current situation.
