A month passed after the school festival ended with no trouble at all, and in November, Midoriya and Daisuke were called into the teacher's lounge. As they entered they saw both Aizawa, the Big Three and Eri as Nejire was brading Eri's hair into small pigtails.

Aizawa: We're going to take care of her here at U.A.
Daisuke: So that's what that message was. Explains why I brought this.
He said as he placed the small package of snacks down on the table as Midoriya was shocked at how soon it was.
Midoriya: I didn't think I'd be able to see her again so soon for so long!
Kirishima, Uraraka and Tsuyu entered the room as they walked up to Eri and greeted her.
Kirishima: Hey.
Uraraka: Oh, yay, it's Eri!
Tsuyu: You remind me of my little sister. Welcome.
Eri: Thank you.
Midoriya: How did this come about...?
Daisuke: That's right. Aizawa was the one who planned all this for today.
Aizawa: She couldn't stay at the hospital forever.
He said before he pointed to the door with his thumb as he led the group out of the teacher's lounge with Mirio and Amajiki as Nejire stayed with Eri, who was excited to check out the snack Daisuke brought. Once outside of the building, Aizawa told them the real reason she was released out of the hospital.
Aizawa: It looks like Eri was abandoned by her parents. And the head of the Shie Hassaikai, who's related to her by blood, has been in a coma for a long time, so she currently has nowhere to go.
Mirio: And you might've already heard from Mr. Aizawa, but the horn that Eri's Quirk is released from...
Kirishima: Yes, I heard that it'd gotten smaller and was fine now...
Mirio: It's starting to get bigger again slowly.
Uraraka: Then, in order to keep that from happening again...?
Aizawa: That's how it is. So, that's why we're taking care of her instead of sending her to an orphanage. We'll watch her in the teacher's dorm.
