It took days to unload everything, but we finally got it done. I plopped down on my bed. I looked over at Rebecca. She was on her bed, texting someone. I took out my phone to text Robin. It took her seconds to reply. She texted: "How's your new house? I miss you sooooooooo much!!!! What's your puppy's name?"
I texted back: "Horrible, I miss you too, and her name is Hope"
"She's so cute!" She replies."Rebecca! Lacy! Kaden! Time for supper!" My mom yells from downstairs. I hear Kaden's sqeaky door fly open, and he runs down the creaky steps. I roll out of bed, walk slowly to the door, and start to open it. "Tell mom and dad I'll be right there?" Rebecca asks. "Sure." I look at her, then back at the ground. I turn around and walk down the steps, onto the dusty kitchen floor.
