I sat in my bed, looking at the ceiling. I can't believe I didn't remember my best friend!
I asked mom to go to Robin's house. She beamed. She told me she was so glad I remembered and she said of course I can go. I ran to her house, cause it was only a couple blocks away. I rang the doorbell. My eyes filled up with tears as she opened the door. She had a tissue in her hand and had tears rolling down her cheeks. My tears weren't sad tears. Tears of joy. She looked up, and beamed.
