Nacht knelt in the center of the chamber, his body wracked with sobs as he cradled his lifeless brother in his arms.
Tears streamed down his cheeks unchecked as he whispered the words,
"I'm sorry," over and over again, his voice choked with grief and regret.
In a moment of desperation, Nacht cried out to the heavens, his voice echoing through the chamber.
"God, help me, please. Bring back my brother. I am the one who did this. I am the one who should die instead of him."
But even as he pleaded for divine intervention, a heavy weight settled in Nacht's heart, knowing that no amount of repentance could undo the horrors he had unleashed upon the world.
He couldn't even bear to look at his brother, the gravity of his actions weighing heavily upon him.
As he grappled with his guilt and self-loathing, Nacht's thoughts turned inward, his mind consumed by the realization that his arrogance had led him down this dark path.
He berated himself for his hubris, for believing that he could wield such power without consequence.
As Nacht's cries echoed through the chamber, a sudden gust of wind swept through the room, stirring the air with an eerie chill.
The flickering torches cast dancing shadows upon the stone walls, adding to the somber atmosphere that enveloped the scene.
Feeling utterly alone in his anguish, Nacht's mind raced with memories of happier times spent with his beloved brother.
He recalled their childhood adventures, their shared laughter, and the unbreakable bond they had once shared.
But now, all that remained was the cold emptiness of loss and regret.
Unable to bear the weight of his sorrow any longer, Nacht's body trembled with emotion as he clutched his brother's lifeless form tighter against his chest.
"Morgen," he whispered, his voice barely a breath.
"Forgive me."
But there was no answer, only the silence of the chamber and the echo of his own grief.
With a heavy heart, Nacht lowered his brother's body gently to the ground.

In the depths of the night, Nova found herself wandering through a hazy dreamscape, the familiar chamber forbidden ritual appearing before her like a haunting specter. The air was thick with an oppressive silence, broken only by the faint echoes of Nacht's anguished cries.
As Nova approached the chamber, a sense of foreboding washed over her, the weight of impending doom pressing down upon her chest like a suffocating blanket. She quickened her pace, her heart pounding in her chest, a primal instinct urging her forward.
But as she entered the chamber, her worst fears were realized.
The scene before her was one of utter devastation. Lifeless bodies lay scattered across the cold stone floor, their vacant stares accusing in death. In the center of the circle, Nacht knelt beside his brother's lifeless form, his shoulders hunched in grief.
Tears welled in Nova's eyes as she took in the sight before her, the magnitude of the tragedy weighing heavily upon her soul.
She wanted to rush to Nacht's side, to offer him whatever comfort she could, but she found herself rooted to the spot, paralyzed by the horror of what she saw.
For a moment, time seemed to stand still as Nova gazed upon the aftermath of the event, her mind reeling with disbelief and sorrow. She wanted to scream, to cry out in anguish at the unfairness of it all, but no sound escaped her lips.
And then, as if sensing her presence, Nacht looked up, his eyes meeting hers across the silent chamber. In that moment, Nova saw the depths of his despair reflected in his gaze, a pain so profound it threatened to consume him whole.
Tears welled in her eyes as she realized the magnitude of the tragedy that had unfolded in her late arrival.
Though she knew what will happened still she can't change the fate, Nova approached Nacht slowly, her footsteps echoing softly in the chamber.
But Nacht, lost in his grief and consumed by guilt, didn't even acknowledge her presence. His eyes were distant, hollow shells of the man she knew.
"Nacht," she whispered, her voice trembling with emotion.
But Nacht didn't respond, Nova reached out tentatively, her hand hovering over Morgen's lifeless one.
She knew she couldn't take away Nacht's pain, but she could offer him her silent support.
Ignoring her question, Nova gently took hold of Morgen's hand, her tears falling freely as she mourned the loss of the man who had been her guiding light in the darkness.
She had always admired Morgen, looked up to him as a beacon of hope and strength. And now, he was gone, taken from them far too soon.
As Nova approached Nacht, her heart heavy with sorrow, she reached out to him, her hand trembling as she touched his shoulder.
"Nacht," she said softly, her voice barely a whisper.
"I'm so sorry."
But Nacht recoiled at her touch, his eyes blazing with anger and pain.
Nacht's voice broke through the silence, filled with anguish and self-loathing.
"Don't touch me, don't sympathize with me" he spat, his voice filled with desperation.
" I am nothing like him, I should die instead of him."
Nova flinched at his words, tears welling in her eyes. She understood his pain, but she couldn't bear to see him suffer alone.
"Nacht," she pleaded, her voice trembling. "Please, let me be here for you. I want to help."
Nacht's expression softened slightly, though the anger in himself still simmered in his eyes.
"You don't understand," he muttered, his voice laced with bitterness.
"You don't know what it feels like to lose someone you love."
Nova's heart ached at his words, knowing that she couldn't take away his pain, but wanting to offer him whatever comfort she could.
"He was my friend and I know exactly how you feel, Nacht," she said softly.
" You must blame me!" He said to her.
" I am the one who did this to him! You loved him but I am the one who takes him away from you."
Slowly, cautiously, Nova approached Nacht, she caught him in her arms.
At first, he recoiled, his pain too raw, his guilt too overwhelming. But then, as she drew closer, he relented, allowing her to wrap him in a warm embrace.
