Alastor was dragging his newest victim across the woods in the dead of night, the only sounds you could hear were the owls, and Alastor rustling through the grass and bushes "why does he have to be so heavy" Alastor muttered as he stopped to take a break and look at the moon until he heard rustling, and the rustling turned into barking from a dog, alastor grabbed his shotgun to shoot the dog but got shot in the head behind him by a deer hunter "holy shit that was a man" the hunter ran closer to alastors deceased body with panic in his eyes, the man ended up burying alastors body and the victim leaving it inside the forest for it to rot and decay.

Alastors POV:

I go unconscious after hearing a bang, and hours later I wake up in a city, my head hurting like crazy, I saw my reflection at a window nearby and almost felt like I was going to faint, red hair with animal ears and small deer antlers "ha..HAHA I'm going crazy right?, where am i why's the sky red, where did the moon go- why the hell is my voice like that".

I held my mouth and tried to calm down, I started walking and noticed a cane with a microphone on it from the same place I woke up in..I was a radio broadcaster but I didn't except to have this. I kept on walking through the cities with my new cane in my hands until I reached a poster "..did you just die and your confused where you are, well your in hell of course, come to our office to help you get started!" "hell? This is hell?!, oh Lord I am dead".

I entered the building to look for the office the poster mentioned until I found a door and opened it seeing a short man with red skin and they resembled alot like a devil (imp) "welcome to (can't think of a name) did you just die?"
I walked in feeling nervous "yes I did, uh care to explain to me please" alastor asked, "why of course just sit down and I'll help you out".

Hours later I was inside a small motel room, turns out all the money I had back when I was alive could transfer to when I was dead, which was quite impressive, I layed down on the bed looking up at the ceiling wondering what I should do, I covered my eyes with my hand and groaned, I missed the soft comfort of my mother the way my mother singed her song too me when I was upset.

I sang the song quietly remembering all the times I had with my mother, I rubbed my face and sat up, an idea creeping up into my mind "the man earlier said there were things called overlords, supposedly really powerful but not as powerful as hell born royalty, the sins and the morning stars.." I muttered, I felt so weak being in here and I hated that feeling, I needed to rise to the top and be powerful once again.

After weeks of searching and working trying to get to the top I found some inside information about a lady who could make me powerful all I had to do was summon her, I went inside my motel room with everything I needed, chalk and black candles, I prepared the ritual, closing all the lights and covering the windows, my only source of light being the candles, I sat on the ground and I took out the grimoire I bought from the person that gave me the information.

I started chanting it over and over again "from heavens above you've fallen, and come down to hells grounds must you help me through this journey and I may summon you for the reasons of power and greed" I said and suddenly the summoning circle started glowing white and the candles started to float "it's working.." I muttered but it suddenly stopped and the candles fell back down with the fire disappearing "wait..what did it even work? I was scammed that little imp-" I froze until I heard a woman's voice "what reasons do you have for summoning me sinner" the woman was tall, she had silky long blonde hair and demon horns, her skin white as snow.

I stood up Infront of the tall woman "Lilith if I'm correct, I've been needing some ways to become more powerful inside this hell hole and I heard you could help me "indeed I can" she stated "all I need is something of yours and your wish is granted" "great, you may have something I own, you can have anything" I saw Lilith smile and bring her hand out towards me "it's a deal then.." I put my hand out and shaked hers "I'll give you more power than any overlord here and you give me something of yours" we shook hands, white light coming from the ground and my room started to shake "you will be the radio demon a powerful overlord this side of hell, but remember the only way to be an overlord is to climb your way to the top, killing souls..." She paused suddenly a purple chain wrapped around my neck making me fall down "and making deals to gain souls" The woman laughed as she disappeared and so did the chain on my neck

"My soul, she got my fucking soul" I felt frustrated but I calmed myself down, I have the power to rise to the top now all I need to do is work for it.
