Next day

Lucifer's POV:

I woke up my head hurting like crazy, couldn't really remember much from yesterday I looked at my nightstand to check the time and instead I saw a cup of orange juice and toast with a note beside it "I took Charlie to school don't worry, just rest for today -Alastor"

The gesture made my mood a bit better as I just drank the juice and ate the toast, I snapped my fingers making me change into my normal clothes.

I was about to leave my room until someone knocked on my door.

3rd person POV:

Lucifer opened the door to see the red deer man at his doorstep "oh alastor, do you need anything?"

"Ah good morning you highness, I was just uh well-, I just thought it would be a good idea for you to go out on a walk in your garden maybe"

Alastor rubbed his finger as he felt nervous "whenever I had hangovers I always went out on walks.."

"Oh sure I guess I could go out for a walk before I start on my work" Lucifer left his room and and walked beside alastor as they headed out to the garden, Lucifer didn't really want to leave the house at the moment.

Lucifer walked around admiring all of his plants he watered a few and took of a few dried up leaves, they eventually reached his rode bushes

"Hey the color of the roses are similar to you" Lucifer plucked one of the roses and placed it in the pocket of his jacket.

The sudden contact caught the sinner off guard but looked down as the short man placed the rose onto his suit.

"there it matches, another red item to add to the collection of yours" Lucifer patted alastors chest as he kept walking.

The time they spent together made alastor remember what happened last night and it made him lose focus as that memory replayed in his mind

"Alastor hello?" Lucifer looked at him rather confused

"Oh- my apologies, my mind just drifted off somewhere" Alastor explained himself

The king just looked away and went back to tend to some of his flowers

Alastor stood there just watching over Lucifer as he looked down at the rose Lucifer gave him

"Hey alastor can you get me my shovel over there"the king requested

Alastor walked over to the table and was looking for where the shovel was until he heard glass break and a screaming man.

Alastor turned around to see Lucifer sitting on the ground "MOTHER FUCKER NOT AGAIN" Lucifer shouted out in anger

"Your highness!" Alastor instantly ran back to the king and saw golden blood  drip from his stomach making the red man feel so worried and angry.

Alastor looked around the area and saw a man on top of a rooftop at a building nearby.

"It's him!" Out of anger alastor turned into his demon form and ran off of the garden straight to where the assassin was

"Heh shot him good this time" striker smiled proudly as he wiped his gun.

"What makes you FUCKING think you can just shoot the king of hell" alastor shouted as he appeared right behind the brown imp his radio static loud as ever

"THE FUCK?!" striker shouted as he pulled out his gun at alastor but before he could alastor used his tentacle to pierce through him and kill striker, a hellborn.
(Y'all obv know him from chap 1 and helluva boss)

After that alastor immediately headed back to Lucifer and carried him back into the house and went immediately inside the bathroom where the first aid kit was.

"My apologies for leaving you for a bit your highness I had something to take care of" alastor placed Lucifer on the toilet seat and grabbed a towel to dip it into some water.

"M-mm.. I've never seen you in your demon form before" Lucifer commented before alastor starting to clean the gun wound.

"Yeah, well what did you think of it?" Alastor said trying to amuse the king while he patched him up, alastor did try his best not to taste the blood, but he wanted to really bad, he's never seen this type of blood before.

Lucifer could see alastors face as he looked at his blood "are you a cannibal?" Lucifer looked at him

"I am actually, how'd you know?" Alastor put away the cloth and grabbed a bandage to cover up the wound.

"It's the way you were looking at my blood.. do you want to try it" the bleeding man asked

"Pardon?, you would let me taste you blood.." Alastor looked shocked since no one would normally just let him taste their blood.

"Go ahead..you deserve it" the King put his hand out for alastor to bite on

Alastor hesitated to take a bite but then eventually bit it letting his teeth pierce through the mans snow white skin.

"M-mm.." Lucifer sighed as alastor bit into his hand and felt the mans tounge lick the blood off his hand and went back in to bite this lasted for 3 minutes

"I think I should stop now.." Alastor wiped his mouth off and cleaned the king's hand and bandaged it up.

Eventually just went back to their day promising each other to never mention what happened today to anyone

(I'm sorry if this is shorter than usual, I've been having writer's block on this fanfic)

(Also another announcement I made another fanfic human au, I just got the first chap out, but I think I'll post each chapter once a week so I can focus on school aswell)
