7. I know a way

Fuck! Why did they have to ruin Storybrook for me! It would have been perfect, she would have been mine and I would have had everything! But I had to admit that I missed Neverland. Bringing her here had been an emergency solution, but I had missed the connection I had with the island, the control it gave me and the power.
Especially the power.
And with the help of that very power I now knew that y/n had woken up and I hoped she would run.

I knew there was something wrong with me being left alone. Pan thought he knew me and he thought I would run away as soon as I got the chance. But would I? Maybe I gave Pan too much credit. Maybe he wasn't as smart as I thought and maybe this was my chance to escape. But what if they were the ones he wanted me to believe?
God I hated these mind games!
It was something I didn't miss when I was with Pan in Storybrook. But what was Storybrook if not one big mind game.

Finally, I decided that I had to run. The risk of it being a trick was high, but I had to take it, it might be my only chance to escape. So I ran. I ran in the direction I thought our camp had been, but whichever direction I ran, however close I thought I was, I couldn't get there. It was as if the island was being leveled with me, as if it were moving so that I wouldn't get there. Just when I started to suspect that Pan knew and that he was just messing with me, I was there. I WAS ACTUALLY THERE!
Now I just needed to find the bean plant and this time I was going to tear the damned plant up by the roots so he couldn't follow me.

Pan must be completely stupid, because the plant remained where I mashed it and it grew beans! Granted my poor abilities to destroy it initially led to a lot, but now it was my salvation. I was so sure I was going to get out of here. I stood with the bean in one hand and the plant in the other, I was so sure until I heard his voice.

Her face was like stone as she turned to face me. She was ready to leave Neverland, but I would change her mind.
"Back away from me or I'll kill you!" "Sure Princess."
"Leave me alone!"
"Okay."
I turned to leave, everything went exactly as planned.
"But if I leave, you'll never get Henry back!"
I started walking and, three two one. "Wait!"
"Yes."
"What do you mean?"
"I know a way to get Henry back, but if you leave me now, he's dead. So are you coming?"
"Does it involve ripping your heart out of your chest? Because I'd gladly do that!"
"Better! So are you coming?"
She clenched her jaws shut, dropped the bean plant and took my hand. "Wait!"
She tore herself from my grip, reached out her arm to the plant focused and set it on fire.
"If you lie, I'll leave this damn island without blinking an eye."
"Okay Princess I promise."
I felt the smile on my lips grow and knew she wouldn't leave me. I had her exactly where I wanted her.

It was stupid to go with him, I knew it and most likely he was just lying to me, but I couldn't risk Henry's life.
"So how do I get Henry back?" "Seriously, you can't wait until we're back at camp, you have to take it now?"
"Yes! Do you have a problem with that?"
"Not at all Princess."
"So?"
"There is a legend about a magical well under neverland, this well can grant you a wish."
"That was the dumbest thing I ever heard!"
"Yet it is true."
"If so, why haven't you used it yourself?"
"I have tried."
"And?"
"Missrubly failed."
"Ofcors!"
Facking liar, I don't trust a word that comes out of his mouth.
"As I said, you have to be two, two strong individuals. There are many obstacles and traps!"
"You will get me killed."
"Not at all Princess. If the legend is true you can only make it if you have a pure purpose, so that leads me to question is Henry worth it?"

Once back at camp, Pan cooked. He set the table for two, but I didn't eat. "Come on Princess you must be hungry!"
"I'm not eating your food!"
"You ate my food for months, and I didn't do anything with it!"

"I don't believe you. I don't believe you only brought me here to get Henry back."
"Okej. But you still have to eat! I can switch our plates if that makes it better!"
"Fine! No wait. Maybe that's exactly the answer you wanted, so it's yours that's poisoned! Or did you know I'd say that, ohh that's it I'm not eating!" "Or I regret what I'v done, the food is not poisoned and I just want you to eat!"
"Nope, naha, I'm not buying it, good night!"
I stormed off to his hut, slammed the door behind me and got ready for bed.

I hadn't actually poisoned the food. I had predicted that she would react like that and once again I had been right. But in her anger she had made a mistake. She had stormed into my hut. Peter Pan's hut and if she thought they would stop me from sleeping in my bed she was wrong. But deep down I think she knew what she was doing, because after all she had slept with me after she broke the spell. I'd slept with the freaking y/n not some bewitched fake and she'd liked it, she'd liked me.

So that's exactly what I did. After cleaning up the dinner myself.
I'll have to get new lost boys if we're going to stay here.
And going into MY hut to prepare for the night I crawled under the covers in my bed next to y/n's sleeping body. My y/n's sleeping body.
and when I inhale her scent, I knew I would get to keep her hear forever.
