The next day...

"He so fuckin' stupid! On my ma he is. See at first I was playin' about the child support but now uma fuck him up." Nachelle said, folding her arms across her chest and crossing her legs.

"You had somewhere descent to stay, Nachelle." Danna said, shuffling the card deck in her hand.

"It wun like he wasn't trippin' about his spot anyways." Nachelle said bouncing, Quinton on her leg and wiped the anger tears from her eyes.

"Damn right. Who wouldn't trip about a mf comin' in all times of the night, especially their girlfriend. What niggah gone keep puttin' up with that or will, hell? Bitch I know yeen that stupid." Danna said as she tapped Nachelle's forehead with her finger.

"Keep yo mf hands off of me Danna!" Nachelle said as she stood up from the kitchen table with Quinton on her hip. Mahogany intervened and took Quinton from her arms.

"Bitch don't stand over me." Danna said, furrowing her eyebrows.

"You jealous dike. I know you jealous of me. Gone and admit it." Nachelle said as she jerked her neck and pointed her finger.

"Jealous of what? Yeen got a pot to piss in and a winda to throw it out. You can't fool me, boo. All you got is the clothes on yo back and the other few rags in them trash bags that's sittin' in MY living room. You and I know what's going on." Danna said as she leaned back in the kitchen chair and placed the deck of cards on the table.

Mahogany knew that if Danna got up from her chair it was going to be big trouble. Danna wasn't the talking kind of person especially when it came to Nachelle. She didn't mind whooping her cousin's ass like she was just some random bitch in the streets. Mahogany did not say a word because she didn't want neither of them to say that she was taking sides. She knew how emotional Nachelle would get. She just didn't feel like dealing with that yet alone the conflict that took place in front of her.

"Aye, Aye... Not in my house!" Aunty Ann walked in the kitchen and interrupted. "Then I hear cussin'. I know y'all grown but if it's comin' to these measures y'all need to go apply for your own apartment and get a damn job."

"You know it wasn't me, Aunty." Mahogany threw up her hand.

"I know it wasn't, Mahogany. I'm talkin' to these two foolios. It ain't no way in hell you and Danna can live together." She said referring to Danna and Nachelle.

Puncho had taken Nachelle's clothes to her mama's house but she declined them. She said that she didn't have time for a overgrown child so he dropped the clothes off with Nachelle. Now they were lounging in Ann's living room in trash bags minus the designer bags Puncho had bought.

"I'm good." Nachelle took Quinton back onto her hip and cut her eyes at Danna.

The same look of unbother remained on Danna's face as she picked the deck of cards back up and continued to shuffle them. There was tension in the room for no apparent reason. This was the norm for them. Danna was irritated by every little thing that Nachelle did, vice versa.

"You better be." Aunty Ann turned to leave back out of the kitchen.

Nachelle rolled her eyes and turned to face Mahogany. "I'm finna go. I'll be right back. You think you can watch Quinton?" Nachelle turned her attention to Mahogany.

Although Mahogany didn't have anything to do watching her cousin's child 24/7 was not on her itinerary.

"Hell Knaw." Danna answered for Mahogany. "Take him with you."

"I'll pay you next week, Mahogany. This week I'm broke." Nachelle pouted.

"Take him with you!" Danna urged.
