Meanwhile, Roger was walking around Green Hills with Alexzander. "You sure Sara will be safe?" Roger asked. "Yes, Roger." he told him. "I trust Silver will keep a keen eye on her.

As they walked, they saw Tony laying under a tree. "Tony?" Roger asked him. No answer. "Tony, answer me." he told him. Still no answer. Roger started to get a bit agitated, and started to walk towards him. "Tony, so help me god if you don't answer me, I'll-"

When he turned him around, Tony fell over. Roger was shocked and took a step back, shocked by his bruised eye. "Oh god..." Alexzander came over and gasped. "Let's get him to the triplets' house, and quickly." he told Roger.

At the triplets' house, Scarlet was cleaning up the kitchen table, enjoying the peace. "Nothing could possibly ruin this peace and quiet." she said.

Right before she finished talking to herself, Alexzander and Roger came in with Tony out cold. Scarlet sighed. "Me and my big mouth..." she uttered, as she walked over to them.

The two boys laid him on the couch. Scarlet was slightly shocked by the black eye on Tony's face. "Who could have did this to Tony?" Alexzander said to himself.

"Who do you think?" Roger asked, looking a bit annoyed. "What's your guess?" Alexzander asked. This annoyed Roger more. "Oh I dunno..." Roger told him, "the only person who would ever want to hurt Tony? At all?"

Understanding what Roger was implying, Scarlet walked out of her house to confront Shadow. Alexzander got Sara to heal Tony's black eye, so he wouldn't have to live with the injury.

Meanwhile, Scarlet began to have an argument with her longtime crush, Shadow. "What the hell is wrong with you?!" she asked, angry with him.

"I merely left him with a warning." Shadow replied. "I saw how he was getting close to you. I know you like me, so I knew I had to give him the message."

"By giving him a black eye?!" Scarlet growled, getting more angry at Shadow's logic. She still couldn't believe the things coming out of Shadow's mouth. But she didn't want to let out her anger.

"I want you to go apologize to Tony right now." Scarlet demanded, crossing her arms to make sure Shadow knows she was serious. But he wasn't having any of it. Shadow began to walk up to Scarlet, while she began to back away from him. "And why the fuck would I apologize to a pathetic, idiotic, good-for-nothing waste of Mobian life who always rushes into things that he never understands, is never any help to any of us, and can't do any simple task right?!"

This made Scarlet very angry. She stormed off, too angry to talk to Shadow for the rest of the day. As for Shadow, he was unfazed. "She'll be back." He said to himself, as he left the area.

Scarlet was storming off for a few minutes to the point where she lost track of where she was going. She was just so angry that she couldn't focus. At least until she bumped into Tony, who was feeling better.

"Oh, hey Tony..." Scarlet muttered. "Hey Scarlet." Tony greeted. "Why so blue? You're gonna make my brother jealous." Although Scarlet did think his joke was funny, she was much too upset to laugh.

"Okay..." Tony said, "here, let me cheer you up. Let's go to the park." Scarlet looked up and nodded, while Tony held her hand and walked to the park.

While sitting on a bench, Tony and Scarlet were having a nice and peaceful time together. But despite that, Scarlet still couldn't fathom it. She was fuming so much she started to question what she saw in Shadow in the first place.

"Scarlet?" Tony asked, putting a hand on her shoulder. "I've just about had it with him.., I swear to God, I-!" she stuttered, before being turned around by Tony. "Please calm down..." he asked her, holding onto her hand. Scarlet looked at him.

Tony slowly pulled her into a tight hug, to help her stay calm. Scarlet hugged back, and slowly managed to recover from her anger. "It's gonna be alright, Scarlet." Tony told her. "I promise."

"I know... Thanks Tony." Scarlet replied, laying her head on his shoulder for a bit, getting comfortable in the hug. Scarlet felt that Tony had some sort of calming feeling when he was around her.

Perhaps it was his loving arms and comforting words. Either way, she just wanted to stay in his arms, to be close to him. Tony began caressing Scarlet's hair, as he listened to her purring.

But then Scarlet thought of something. 'Does Tony like me?' she thought. 'He's been nice to me, but never been this much nice to me before.'

She looked around herself and noticed Tony was definitely doing things he wouldn't normally do when around her. But to find out why, she had to ask him. And that was easier said than done.
