The moment I approached him he pulled out a ball and smashed it to the floor. When the smoke cleared he was gone. I lowered my head and realized that I had to find him. So my search began once more. The ring showed me that he was scaling down the side of the cliff so I climbed too. He gave me dirty looks as I explained that Nigreos was trying take over the world. I needed that dagger to stop her. But he ignored me as a rule. The moment his feet touched the ground he vanished for real. I tried to smell him, sense him and when I used the ring I understood that he had teleported himself elsewhere. I suppose keep walking is the theme here.

Soon I met a young girl who was jumping up and down trying to pluck some berries I approached her trying to dissuade her when a samurai with a eye patch arrived. He growled the girl who turned into a hag and disappeared. He turned to me a gave a bottle with a foul smelling liquid. I took a sip and I was able understand him and he was able to understand me. He introduced himself as Agamoto. He made it clear that he didn't believe me saying that he lost his eye imprisoning her. He is sure that I am lying so he asked for a duel. I refused and he kept insisting.

I remembered what I was told that he can't attack me unless I have him permission. I politely declined his request as I waved my hand to find out which way to go. The thread pointed to a narrow path on my left. I started to walk as an angry samurai wanted me to be his sparing partner. After sometime I managed to subdue him and show him what was going on. I realized that he is taking a moment to absorb thing so I took advantage. I knew that I had to stay on foot but that doesn't mean I have to walk slowly. I ran as fast as I could. I reached the hut and the ring stopped working. I realized that there is magic done to make sure no one can take by force. It had to be earned.

I got on my knees and tried to figure out what I could possibly do. Not far away I heard a ruckus. I hide quickly. Sure enough the defenders and the helm of darkness arrived but they looked like they had gone through a mine field. They heard a voice and most of them turned around. The fog immediately enveloped them and they disappeared. The remainder remembered that they are not supposed to turn around. Both sides chastised each other before starting to search the place for the dagger but unfortunately they didn't find it. The defenders got frustrated kicked a rock while the helm picked up a rock and threw towards the bushes. The rock flew off and hit the ninja on the head. The other rock hit the samurai as he came to get some sleep. Both charged to attack the intruders and they saw that they were dealing with people with abilities so they that used a special horn to call for re-enforcements.

I thought I heard a stampede as the monsters on the island flooding in and I got down on my knees and asked to find the dagger so that I can save my friends. No sooner I thought that I felt the ring started working again. When someone of the helm stepped aside I saw that the dagger was dangling in mid air all I had to do was grab it and run but somehow the ring kept point directing me towards the cliff. I look down to see the thread was pointing at the ninja who was dangling on the samurai's foot. I decided to grab the dagger in the air. No sooner that I got close to the dagger I heard a scream. I ran to help. I saw that the samurai was slipping and was about to fall so I changed my mind and looked around for anything that could help. The other were fighting the creatures of the island. It was a fifty fifty situation. One moment it felt like that Islanders were winning while it looked like the intruders were winning. I turned to the duo hanging on the ledge holding on to dear life. I used a fallen branch to help them both up. The samurai thanked me as he turned to smoke. The ninja pulled out the actual dagger from inside his robes and gave it to me. I was pleased that I was going home and I heard screams for mercy.

A stern voice called out saying that what's happening is none of my business. I was told to go home and the ninja turned to dust as well. As I walked back to the beach I saw a woman spider dragging both sides to a cave. They were screaming for help but I was told not to interfere. So I stepped in the water and held up the mirror. Tiamat came into view and I showed her the dagger. She let out a hair raising scream and I saw a blinding white light on the grayish waters. I jumped in and was inside a water slide. This was actually kind of fun. Then next thing I knew I was back at Skull island. I dragged my legs as I tried to reach the shore. I gasped for air as I gave Tiamat the dagger and sat down to admire the different colors that surrounded me. I never thought that seeing in a various different colors was a gift till now. I saw the Witch Queen was watching me with interest.

I returned the ring to Angharad and she asked me to keep it since it might be helpful in the future. She seems to like the idea of working with me. I left her to her devices as I sat to watch the beach. Like I said I wanted to swim but not to be the next meal of the sharks. I waited till they moved away from the lagoon to jump in. I swam around and saw a sea cave. I wanted to explore it but decided not as I came up I saw that the sharks were coming back so I swam as fast as I could to safety. Viridian stared at me amused but I reminded her that harming allies could cost her. Her mother was a little harsher when she heard what had happened. So as a punishment she swiped her claws on Viridian's face. The mermaid screamed in pain and then she grunted an apology before she walked off to play with the fishes.
