I woke up to the sound of cannon fire. The ship rocked sideways so violently that I thought the ship was threatening to tip over. My bed had some how moved to the other side of the cabin. People were screaming like crazy. Some felt like a war cry. As tired as I was I ran at superspeed to the nearest porthole to find that Perseus had arrived. He had somehow freed Nigreos once more. She was fighting Adsila. I ran to find the nearest exit and jumped from the edge of the ship and flew to her. Adsila had fallen down and was about receive the killing blow when I pushed her aside and quickly carried her away. The sword Nigreos was holding hit the rock hard. A few pieces broke off and sprayed around.

I charged at the crazy mermaid with everything except the kitchen sink. I gave Nigreos no choice but to fight me. I used the sword I had picked up as I dropped Adsila to safety. I swung the sword downwards and she lifted hers to block. I swerved right and kicked her off the rock. She fell with a shriek. She tried to swim towards Adsila. I flew faster than ever before. I picked her out of the water like the bird swooping down to catch fish. I threw her to pile of sand and took a fighting stance. She grew legs and with a look of determination she charged at me. I moved to one side and yank the sword from her hand. I placed my foot on hers and tugged my leg quickly. She fell to the ground. I placed both swords on her neck like a pair of scissors. She didn't even flinch as the blade grazed her neck. The dragons breathed fire and chased Perseus. I was pushed aside roughly. It was Tiamat. She was informed of her mother's escape. She used the crystal dagger to send her mother away again.

I quickly ran to heal Adsila. I cut my wrist and she started to drink. As soon as her injuries healed Tiamat waved her hand over my cut and I watch bleeding slit heal. I gave them both a hug. Both were pleased that I helped. I asked the dragons to have someone to stay here in human form. They should coordinate with the merfolk. So should these intruders arrive again they can change back to their dragon form and roast them. This was an idea both dragons and merfolk passed around. I on the other hand decided that I need to go back to sleep. At least I tried before I was asked to go to Drogon's Isles.

The dragons breathed a ring of fire. I jumped in without hesitation. I landed butt first on the shore. Immediately Arroyo took my hand and escorted me to the heart of the fearsome island. There was an injured dragon lying on his back. I fed him my blood and watched him heal. I staggered at the amount of blood loss so Yuri left to find me a blood bag. A female dragon had arrived asking me to move to their island. I wanted to say yes but I heard William's voice in my head. He instructed me that under no circumstance should I go with the female dragons. I was to stay with Drakov no matter what. So I politely declined her request as I sat down from dizziness Zvezda carried me outside. She wasn't taking no for an answer. The other dragons said that if I don't want to go she can't force me. Drakov ordered that I be taken to Skull island.

Yuri arrived with a prisoner and Angharad not far behind. I drank his blood and sat with my head resting on my lap. I stayed that way till I felt like the cave had stop spinning. I looked up at Angharad and she asked me to come with her. I told her that Drakov sent me here for a reason. I would like to find out why before I go anywhere else. She seemed fine with it. Tiamat wanted to know if I was ok. I told her I will feel better after I have rested since it seems I am to go on a death mission. Something that Drakov had forbidden. Angharad gave me a potion and asked me to drink it. She said that I will get an entire night's rest in one hour. I chugged it down as fast as I could since I was not in the mood to argue.

I quietly sat on a corner and passed out. I was on the beach with William. We were having a picnic when my satchel started to shine. I opened my bag to see it was the ring that I stole from the gremlin after I helped Tiamat destroy the trident and the hydra. I recognized it since it was made from rose gold. It had the five headed hydra on top. The band had a squid etched on both sides. On the inside was a map. I was staring at it when I saw a blinding light and I woke up. I got up and ran to find the ring. I showed it to the dragons and they said the ring made no sense to them. I showed it to Angharad and she said she has seen sketches of this ring. I told her to look on the inside. I explained that I saw a map. This prompted the dragons to snatch the ring for a close inspection. They had no clue where it leads but they said they will ask around. I got the ring back and I gave it to Angharad. She said that she will get back to me with answers but right now I needed to come with her since she needed my help with something.

I asked her to lead the way and she opened a portal to her palace in the mountains. The place was cold and dank. The place was dimly lit. The floor felt a little slippery. She escorted me to a brightly lit cavern. The walls were chiseled to be a makeshift cupboard. The center of the cavern was also hammered to resemble a miniature volcano. I meant that since boiling lava was swirling around a iron cauldron heating it till it was red hot. I felt like I was going to get cooked just being near that thing.

Angharad asked me to extend my hand. I did and she cut my hand. A few drops of my blood fell on a slab of marble. She examined the shape it took before it sank into the slab. She got up and walked off. She arrived moments later with a small box. She asked me to open it. I asked her what was inside. She said that she has no clue. It was passed down for thousands of years. She was told that someone will come that can open it. It had something that the witches were in need of desperately. I asked that in exchange she make sure the other witches stop hunting me. She gave me her solemn oath. I took the box and opened it for her. Inside was a leather bound book with weird writings on it and a sapphire ring. I asked her for the ring and she can keep the book. She had no problem with that.
