Yeonjin is firm when she says, no. Nobody ever dared to go against that, not even her brothers and her friends. She considers things, and only she can go against her own decisions. That personality of hers is believed to have been inherited from her father. So, who do you think dares to go against her?

"It's the chairman's order," Eunyoung says with a cautious move.

Yeonjin scoffed and threw her head back. "I mean, he's pressuring me to send the reports on time, and now he wants me to go on a blind date?"

"About that, you can leave that to me for a moment. Chairman Jung says I can compile the reports without your signature, and he'll be the one to check and sign them."

"What a generous father he is," Yeonjin sarcastically said.

Eunyoung can only zip her mouth while facing the CEO, who is massaging her temples. It's good that the office has strong ventilation and the air is cool. If not, the dominant omega's taunting scent would fill the room. It's obvious that she's calming herself by the way she evens out her breath.

After a few more minutes, Yeonjin finally sat straight and read the profile of her blind date again. This was from the chairman, Eunyoung says, and it's obvious that the man thoroughly prepared this date based on how her date's profile is written.

Yeonjin knows him somehow. They attend the same high school and are members of the same club. They weren't close, but they had conversations if necessary.

However, Yeonjin doesn't care who her date is. All she cares about is that she has been set up, and people who are close to her are aware that she hates it.

"What's the consequence of not going?"

"He won't let Jung Atelier in the Jung House Anniversary Celebration."

"He specifically said that?" Yeonjin looked back at the secretary in surprise.

Eunyoung nodded, and the CEO could just groan in defeat. There's no way Jung Atelier will not attend. Her company deserves recognition.

"Ugh, fine." Yeonjin agreed with no choice. "I'll go there alone."

"Are you sure, Miss Jung?"

"Yeah, and I know him," she vaguely said, to which the secretary responded positively.

All I have to do is show up. Yeonjin sported a confident look. He didn't say that I had to end it with good results.

The date is scheduled for lunch in a Chinese restaurant. Both of them love Chinese cuisine, so whoever finalized their date thinks that it's better for them to dine with foods they like.

Yeonjin was glad about that. At least she can enjoy the food.

Yeonjin approaches her date, with the waitress showing her the reservation table. When they met eyes, the male's eyes immediately rounded in sparkles, and he waved his hand. Yeonjin thanked the waitress and then faced the male, who was already standing beside the table.

"Please, take a seat, Jaemin," Yeonjin says, making the male chuckle.

"It's been a while. I don't know how to approach you," he said with a warm smile.
