Kai's POV:
Sweat races down my forehead.
My hands violently shake.
My breath uncontrollably mixes in with my sobs and gasps for air."It's your fault." She comes closer, her eyes fuming with anger.
"We were going to get you medicine." I hide my head in my knees. " If you would of just came out your damn room. You we're basically an adult, be responsible not stubborn." Her hands smack against the wall. "We we're so worried that you would completely block us out and shut down."
"Now look at you." She laughs, looking at me, disgusted. "Your even worse."She spits nothing but venome from behind her wall of clenched teeth.
I flinch further into the corner.
She bends down, eye level with me but I fight her gaze.
"It's your fault Im dead."
"It's your fault dad's dead."
"It's your fault mom's dead "
"IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!"
I jolt out of bed, my hands rushing to find the lamp. My shaking fingers clamp over my mouth to keep my sobs silent. My eyes shut tightly, trying to forget.
Why again? Why the same nightmare over and over again?
I stand up, ignoring my head as it pounds rapidly.
I rush to pick up my keys, then hesitantly putting them back down.
With a deep breath I make my way out of my room and across the hallway, still struggling to keep my breaths and sobs controlled.
Why am I even going in there?
Kian's POV:
"Kian..." The soft voice that I have grown familiar with, calls out my name.
I sit up and search for her, waiting for my eyes to adjust to the light.
My feet hit the floor when I see her.
Her face is red . Her bottom lip quivers as she stiffles sobs. And her arms are crossed over her chest as if she's in pain.
I stand up and make my way towards her. What the fuck happened is the only thing running through my mind.
"What happened?" I ask worried, as I approach her.
Instead of answering me, she crashes her body into mine, sighing when her head hits my chest.
At first I was confused, being she never actually hugs me. I have to make her. But I quickly wrap my arms around her.
Her breathing is unstable and she crys loudly into my bare chest. "Shhh" I stroke her hair.
I have no fucking Idea what's going on, but she's obviously needs something. Or someone.
"What happened?" I ask again after minutes of standing there letting her cry.
She shakes her head. At first I question to either push her to tell me or not. But seeing the state she is in I leave it alone.
"Okay. We don't have to talk about it." My voice is calm, like if I talk to loud I'll brake her.
She sniffles and nods. "Come on." I pull away but keep an arm around her waist as we walk to the bed.
I keep my hand on her back as she crawls into bed. She lays down, letting out a long breath into the blanket.
