" so Ashton what do you want to do? " I said walking into my living room plopping myself onto the couch.
" um whatever you want it's your house. " he said sitting on the chair across from the couch.
" well. we could always watch a movie. " he suggested
" honestly.. I don't want to be home right now Its too nice outside to be lazy inside, can we postpone the movie to a day where it's rainy? " I said standing up off of the couch even though I wasn't even sitting for very long.
" alright then. What would you like to do today? " he said looking up at me crossing one leg over the other sitting back in his chair.
" beach? " I suggested
" yeah I'm down! " he said grabbing his phone out of his back pocket
" alright I'm going to change I'll be right back down. " I said running up the stairs to my bedroom. I went in my dresser and pulled out my all black triangl bikini. I changed into that fairly quickly. I also threw on my white Blink-182 muscle shirt and some shorts and on over my bathing suit. I tied my hair up in a high pony tail, then I grabbed a beach towel then I ran back down stairs to see Ashton standing by the door looking up at the staircase where I was.
" what? " I said walking down.
" nothing you are just..... Just taking forever. " he said like he was lost for words. I don't know how he could be lost for words when I looked like a bum but oh well.
" well I'm ready are you? " I laughed and jumped off of the last step.
" haha yeah. " he laughed
" so topless jeep or black car? " I asked walking out of the house.
" I was thinking topless " he said with a wink
" do you want to drive her? " I asked dangling my keys
" can I ? " he asked
" I just asked if you wanted to.. " I threw my keys at him
He has a smile on his face when he hopped into the drivers seat putting his sunglasses over his eyes.
" you know how to drive a stick shift right? " I asked
" duh. " he laughed then started to blackout of the driveway.
" ash we never ended up eating, can we get some food. " I asked
" yeah what do you want? " he said
" I don't care you pick. " I said he just nodded and turned up the radio to blast some nirvana.
He pulled into the drive through of a McDonalds and ordered us food. We had decided to just eat at the beach.

We arrived to the beach shortly after the stop at McDonald's we walked onto the hot sand and laid out my towel so we had something to sit on while we ate.
" Ashton. " I said taking a drink of my pop
" Alyssa " he said
" first don't call me that, second how are you going to swim in Jeans? " I asked
" sorry, and I'm not that stupid I told my friends to meet us up here and one of them is bringing my bathing suit. " he said taking a bit of his sandwich
" oh who's your friends? " I asked
" Mike, Calum, and Luke. " he listed off
" alright cool. " I shook my head
" speaking of which, they should be here by now. " he said pulling out his phone I'm guessing to see if he got any texts from one of them.
" Luke said he just pulled in he had to stop at his house or something. " he said
" alright " i was a little upset at the fact he invited his friends to the beach because I thought it would have been nice to just be us two, but it's whatever.
" Ashton!! " Luke said running over to Us With a girl by his side. I couldn't make her face out, I honestly wouldn't doubt that it's hails. Which made me feel better so I wasn't the only girl here.
" Luke and hailey has arrived " he said walking over to our spot.
" hey Lyss " Hailey said sitting next to me
" hiya hails " I said with a smile.
Before any of us could get any other words out a guy with black hair started making his way over to our spot with a girl that looks just like... CLAUDIA oh my god. I haven't seen her in such a long time. I got up from my spot as quickly walked closer to them
" CLAUDIA! " I yelled at her
" Lyss!! " she ran towards me and embraced me Into a hug.
" oh wow I love your hair a lot " Claudia said touching my hair.
" thank you I grew it myself but anyway oh my god when did you get back? " I asked her.
" like a week ago. I was going to surprise you later at your house but you're here so... SURPRISE! " she said throwing her hands in the air.
" so you guys know each other? " I asked Claudia looking over at Michael who was talking to Luke and Ashton
" uh yeah Michael and I just started dating like a few days ago. " she said starting to walk back to where I was sitting.
" you've been here a week and already got a boyfriend. Typical " I said sitting down on the towel next to Ashton.
" so Claudia this is Ashton, Luke and hai- " Michael tried to introduce her to everyone but she stopped once he got to Hailey because haileys face shot up once she realized that Claudia is back.
" Claud! You're back! " she half yelled
" yup! I am" she said with a smile
" anyway Claudia I was saying this is Ashton and Luke " he said pointing at the boys.
" hi " Luke and Ashton said in unison
" Since Cal isn't here yet let's all just talk till he gets here because he doesn't like to be left out of things. " Luke stated
" alrighty then " I laughed.
I wasn't comfortable sitting the way I was due to my back problems, so I decided to ask Ashton if it was alright if I could lay my head on his lap and of course he said yes. So I laid my head in his lap and put my sunglasses on so the sun wasn't in my eyes.
As I was listening to Mike, and Luke talking about doing covers to songs and put them up on YouTube and see what not, Ashton started to play with my hair. I loved it when guys did that it's always been an instant turn on for me. Ashton has already met my " standards " for a guy. I know that's not right to do but he has! The tattoos, the piercings, the smile, the laugh, the personality, the way he talks, his eyes and the fact that he's himself with me. I don't know I mean I just met him I can't already be falling for him.. Right?
" Lyss isn't that a good idea? " Mike said
" wait what? I wasn't listening " I said not remembering anything that they were talking about because I was zoned out.
" I noticed that's why I said something. " Michael said chuckling
" Ash.. Mike.. Luke.. I'm here. " who I'm guessing was Calum said while catching his breath
" hey cal " Ashton said
" so who are these fine ladies? " calum said with a wink
" well calum these are our Girlfriends. " Michael said putting his arm around Claudias shoulders
" well correction. Mike and Claudia are dating and same with Luke and I " Hailey said looking at Luke and smiling
" so what are you guys? " calum said sitting next to me looking at Ashton and I
" uh were friends " I said with a slight sigh because honestly I wanted to be more than just friends
" yeah.. " Ashton sighed
" oh well we should hangout sometime " Calum said with a cheeky grin
" no calum she doesn't want to " Ashton answered for me
" woah sorry man I thought you guys weren't dating.. " Cal said throwing his hands in the air.
" we aren't " Ashton said
" well if you aren't dating why can't I hang out with her? " calum asked
" because I said so, and she's not interested in you " Ashton said looking down at me
" how do you know that? " calum asked
" well look at you. Now look at me. See a difference? " Ashton said
" wow man that was pretty harsh " calum said
" sorry bud but it's true " Ashton said a little harshly
Before calum could answer I had jumped into the conversation before things got more heated
" guys calm down " I said sitting up from Ashton's lap
" yeah we all came here to have fun alright let's go have fun" Claudia said standing up and everyone else quickly standing up.
" okay we didn't come to the beach to just stand here! Let's go in the ocean! " Hailey said kicking off her flip flops and grabbing Luke's hand, then started running towards the water. Claudia and Michael repeated their actions.
I took off my tee shirt and shorts and let my hair down.
I looked over to Ashton and calum who were staring at me. I couldn't help but blush a little bit. I looked again and noticed cal walking away and Ashton walking towards me. God his body was perfect. Since he was shirtless and in shorts I could see all of his tattoos, and the fact that his arms were very muscular that was just an eye pleaser. Along with his toned stomach.
" jump " Ashton said squatting in front of me.
" what? " I asked confusingly
" get on my back. " ash said
I hopped on his back and he started running towards the water, I was laughing because I was just having a great day I was with new people and I seeing my best friends happy makes me happy. Also the thought of how Ashton feels about me topped all of it.
Ashton ran into the water and set me down.
" why did you put me down? " I asked with a fake pout
" because I have a better idea " he said
Before I could get any other words out he picked me up bridal style and ran deeper into the water. Before I could question what he was doing he tripped on his own foot sending us both under the semi cold ocean water I felt him release me out of his grip, I quickly swam up from under the water. Once I reached the surface I immediately looked for Ashton but I couldn't find him. I seen everyone else just not him. Suddenly I was pulled under water. Fear ran through my body because I wasn't expecting being pulled under plus I didn't take a breath before going under. I felt a hand grab mine and pulled me out from under the water I opened my eyes and seen a soaked Ashton. My first reaction was to playfully slap his arm.
" Ashton I could have drown " I said seriously
" you weren't going to drown " he said still holding my hand
" and how do you know that Irwin? " I asked
" Because you are never going to get hurt when I'm around. " he said pulling me close to him. Close enough where there was no space between us. He let go of my hand and grabbed my waist which was under the water. I threw my arms around his neck. He tilted my chin upwards and started leaning closer.
" ASH! LYSS! WE WANT TO GET FOOD ATE YOU COMING? " calum yelled
Ashton and I both sighed because this is twice that this has happened to us.
" do you want to go out with them? " ash said only so I could hear.
" no not really I kind of wanna go back to my place. You can come if you want. " I suggested
" sure if you want me too. " he said we started walking back to shore. We walked back to our spot and started to dry off.
" are you guys coming to Leo's with us? " Luke asked Ashton and I
" uh no we're going to my place. " I said picking up my clothes
" ohh get it " Michael said to Ashton
Ash didn't reply he just smiled and rolled his eyes.
" do you guys want to walk to my car with me " I asked hailey and Claudia
" yeah let me grab my stuff real quick " hailey said bending down to grab her things then we started walking towards my car.
" I seen you two out in the water " Claudia said
" what? " I asked
" I seen you and Ashton in the water " Claudia said stopping in front of my car.
" so? " I said not really understanding where she's going with this
" so. He's so into you and your so into him, I seen your guys kiss " she said
" we didn't kiss " I sighed
" bull shit " she smirked
" Claud they didn't kiss " hailey said sticking up for me
" yeah right I seen how close they got. " Claudia said looking at me. My cheeks were a pale pink because the fact that probably everyone was watching made me a little bit embarrassed
" Cal interrupted it. We were about to but calum had to ask us if we wanted food, when he knew damn well what was about to happen. " I said while slamming my trunk shut.
" calm Down lyss " Hailey said grabbing my shoulders looking at my face.
Before any of us could get another word out Ash, Luke, Mike, and Cal started walking towards us.
" speaking of the devil " I mumbled
" ready to go? " Ashton asked putting his arm around me
" yeah let me just say bye " i said looking up at him with a smile
I walked up to hailey first because she was right next to me
" ash and I are going back to my place, feel free to come by later " She nodded and I giving her a hug.
I gave quick hugs to Luke, Claudia and Michael and told them pretty much the same this as I told hails because I enjoyed their company they were pretty chill.
But once I got to Calum I felt obligated to say the same thing because it would be rude of me not too, I was just really hoping he had other plans.
" maybe " he smirked
I tried to give him a quick hug but he made the hug last longer than I intended it to be. I felt holes burning into my back due to Ashton's staring but before Ashton could walk over Calum had released me. Thank god.
" bye guys " Ashton said with a friendly wave and hopped into the drivers seat along with me in the passenger. He started it up blasted the music and started the drive to my house.
