We pulled up a few doors down from our location to let out calum and Mike.
" be careful " I said to Michael giving him a hug
" I will, but you make sure you're careful " he said hugging me back placing a slight kiss on my head.
" I'll make sure Michael stays safe " calum said walking towards me
" no you just need to worry about you alright " I said hugging calum
After telling them to say safe and to be careful luke and I hopped into the truck me in the passenger side him driving. I watch cal and Michael walk as we drive the opposite way.
" so what's this great plan of yours " I asked Luke
" well one of us is going to get out in like two blocks or so then one of us is going to drive the the truck like 3 miles that way. " Luke said
" why " I asked confused
" because we are going to act like our truck broke down and we need all the men in the house to help us fix it. And no man would let a pretty young lady be stranded all alone " luke said
" so what you're saying is you're going to drop me off like a block away, then you're going to call me when you're stopped and you tell me where you are . Then I walk up to the door and ask for all male help? Or everyone's help? " I restated the plan
" you should probably ask for everyone's help because after all we don't know who's there and how many people are there. " Luke said pulling onto a street and getting over.
" alright. " I said while luke stopped the truck
"Before you get out I think you should put this hoodie on. " Luke said taking off his hoodie giving it to me.
" why? " I asked in confusion I wasn't cold so why would I need a hoodie.
" you're wearing a white tank top with a pink bra.. " Luke said placing the hoodie on my lap.
" okay yeah true I'll put this on. " I said the hoodie on over my body it covered my shorts almost completely and the sleeves were way to long so I just rolled them up. I literally look like a bum but honestly I don't care I'm going to do one thing and that was saving my baby.
" okay Lyss here's your phone I'll call you when I get far enough alright " Luke said handing me my phone
" okay " I said
" be safe " Luke said taking me into a hug
" same to you " I said hugging him back.
I opened the door to get out jumped out of the truck, I shut the door with luke saying a faint bye. He pulled off and I just started walking I didn't know where exactly but i was just walking. Seen a park in the distance and I decided to walk over there just to sit until luke texted me telling me that he was wherever he decides to be. As I reached the park I noticed that it wasn't a normal park that you would see back towards home, this one was smaller. It only had one swing set and a slide, along with a few benches. I decided to take a seat and wait for a text. 2o minutes go by until I get a text from luke saying
Okay I don't exactly know where I am but I'm in a subway parking lot across from a 7-11 and a pub! It's about 9 miles away from where I dropped you off so that should give the guys enough time!! I read the text from luke and opened my maps and started walking the route that my map was telling me. I walked for a good 15 minutes before reaching my location. I locked my phone and slowly approached the house. It was fairly large and had about 4 trucks in the drive way, there were beer cans and vodka bottles all over the lawn. I walked up the steps and started to breathe like I've been walking for a long time. I rang the door bell a couple times before a muscular tall man with black and grayish hair with a cut above his eyebrow was standing in the door way.
" hi can I help you? " he said his voice was mean and raspy.
" yes I've been walking for a while and Now im lost. My truck broke down and all the people I asked said that they couldn't help because there wasn't enough people home to help me. And you have plenty of trucks in your drive way and I guess what I'm trying to get at is sir, I was wondering if you and everyone you an get could help me out please? " I said quiet nervously
" uh what's in it for me doll " he asked with a smirk
" I'll pay you " I said
" how much " he said eyeing me up and down
" $50 " I suggested
" $120 " he said
" yes deal but only if you can get a lot of people because my truck is to large for only one man to fix " I said putting my hands in my pocket
" yeah sure one second " he said closing the door I quickly grabbed my phone and sent luke a quick text.
So the plan is going well!! I'm okay !!
As soon as I hit send and placed my phone in my pocket the door opened again. The same man along with 3 other men and 3 Women. Out of the corner of my eye I seen calum and Michael run in the yard next door to the back.
" hey sugar tits " the younger man said
" hi " I replied
" where are you broken down at? " the younger man asked
" well I don't know exactly where but I know the surroundings and stuff, I'm broken down in a subway parking lot across the street from a 7-11 and a pub if that helps any.. " I said what luke told me
" I know exactly where that is get in " the young man gestured me into his truck.
I hopped I and it smelled like old food and gym socks. I cringed at the smell. And all of the trucks left at once.. I hope this ends well..
