I'm being transferred to my cell.

I get thrown to the floor. My brain struggles to function.

"Sleep well. We have a whole day of catch up to do with you." Harding says before the door closes.

I lie on my back. Two plane white walls, a one sided window and a glass wall.

I look at that glass wall. It's another cell.

And Neteyam is in it.

I remember.

I crawl to the window. "Neteyam?" I knock on the glass. "Neteyam?"

He opens his eyes. He's on the cold hard floor. He looks at me and his eyes widen.

"Zari'a." He rolls on his stomach and crawls to the window.

"What did they do?" I ask him.

"I'm not sure." He tells me, "I was injected by something and they put bandages over my wound. I'm confused. Why would they help me?"

No. No.

I get up. "HARDING." I yell. "Leave him please. I said I would do anything."

"Zari'a, be quiet." Neteyam says.

"No Neteyam." I tell him. "You have no idea what they are going to do to you. It's too much to handle. I barely survived."

"It's okay love."

"No it isn't."

I fall to my knees and start to cry. "This isn't meant to be happening."

"Hey! Come here." Neteyam says.

I do get closer to him. I put my hand through one of the tiny holes in this window.

Only I can fit my hand through.

Neteyam takes my hand. He kisses it.

"We will get out of here." He says. "We will be gone from here. I promise."

"You can't promise that."

"Remember last time? You were saved."

"By you." I say, "No one would've wanted to help me if it weren't for you."

"No." He shakes his head. "Kiri put me to sleep for days while they found a way for you to be saved. They done it once, they can do it again."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. It will take time." Neteyam adds, "A week, maybe?"

"Last time it felt like years." I say.

"Months together." Neteyam squeezes my hand.

I smile. Look on the bright side.

"How touching." Hardings voice is over the speakers. "So you guys are married or what?"

I let go of Neteyam's hand and stand up.

I look at the black glass knowing he is on the other side.

"Let him out." I say, "Please. How many times must I say, I will do anything."

"I know what you have said." Hardings tells me, "But I know a more fun better game."

Oh no.

"It's called, pay back."

The doors open and Enami- Emily walks through.

"Remember Emily? She wants to see you."

"Hi." She says.

"Hi." I say back.

"You have been a bad girl. You must now deal with the consequences." Her robotic voice tells me.

"Enami-" I step back.

Enami twitches.

I realise it's Enami fighting Emily.

"Enami please. Please don't hurt me. Help me and Neteyam be free." I say. She twitches in anger and resistance.

"Neteyam." I point at him. "He's my husband. I tell him so much about you. What a lovely sister you are. How strong you are. Please Enami."

"Shut up!" Harding yells. "Emily. Give her what she deserves."

"Enami." Neteyam sits up. "Remember your parents?" He looks at me.

"Zenvok and Kepïle." I say, "Our parents. Mother and Father."

"Emily! Bad memories. Zaria is a bad girl!"

"No she's not. Harding is bad. She's really bad. Kill them." Neteyam says.

"Kepïle, our mother. She sang to us as she braided our hair." I remind her, "Zenvok, our father. Taught us to fight and spear fish. Remember?"

"Emily!"

She starts to scream.

She picks me up by my neck and smashes me into the black window which completely breaks.

The impact puts me to sleep.
-

You have to kill it. Please. Don't let me go on like this.

What?

Zari'a. You have to. You must.

And now everything is confusing.

I don't know what I'm writing now. Just doing whatever at this point.
