Backstory: Well it's Vaggies backstory from Hazbin hotel, but if you don't know well, Oceana was a siren that fought in the first siren war, but rarely, one day she was commanded to take out a costal village, at first she did that mission with the Arbiter Devil, but when it came time to kill a child she couldn't kill it, and because of that she was ripped of her rigging and Devil cut her right eye out.
