Cats and gambling

Angel finished getting ready and when he exited the hotel he found a limousine waiting for him.
A fancy demon stepped out the car and opened the car's door:
"Good evening sir, after you"
"Thanks"
The two sinner were already driving away from the hotel when the driver said:
"I hope the rumors that I heard about your new friends aren't real"
"What?"
"I'm glad that you made new friends but you need to be careful, especially with the  cat"
"Why?!" 
Angel started feeling dizzy, he didn't want the others to get involved in his problems.
They were really dear to him, they were the loving family he never had.
The spider didn't realize he had started panicking, he needed to calm down.
"I'm saying this for you, just remember what I said, sometimes is better if people don't know who do you care about"
"But why are you helping me?"
"Because I respect your past choices, you are not like the others"
They remained silent until they arrived at the casino.
Angel made his way trough the room and trough all the people.
"Come this way!"
The fancy demon took Angel in a silent and dark room leaving behind the crowd.
"I didn't introduce myself, I'm Taylor and I will assist you tonight"
"I'm Angel"
The two shook hands.
"Remember to introduce yourself using your real name"
"Right"
"Your father and your brother will be there any minutes, you can start going to the table where you will have your meet, but I need to warn you, at the table there is-"
"Anthony!"
A sort of snake who looked a lot like Sir Pentious came in the room.
"We need someone to mix the card"
"I don't really remember how to do it actually"
Angel used to be famous for mixing cards in his mortal life, every game they did was controlled by him because he didn't know how to actually play.
"Don't be shy just come and mix it!"
Angel turned to Taylor.
"Go quick, but be careful, I will be around the casino, call me if you need anything"
The spider got dragged through the hall of the casino which was amazing.
He never went to that place, Valentino always avoided it, he always said that there weren't any interesting costumers.
The two arrived to a big table, three sinners got up and started shaking his hand.
Meanwhile with the other pair of hands Angel started mixing the deck of cards with some insignificant trick that he learned.
"It's a pleasure meeting you sir"
Angel was still looking at the cards when two other demons arrived.
He shook quickly the first one's hand.
"This is my ex co-worker"
"Pleasure meeting you, I'm Anthony"
He finally looked up from his cards and faced a cat demon.
He was beautiful, smaller than the spider but with a confident look on his face who immediately made him feel safe.
When Angel realized what was happening his jaw dropped.
What was Husk doing there?
He got so used to his presence that he didn't even noticed that Husk wasn't supposed to be there.

Angel's happy look slowly started being a panic look.
Husk couldn't believe it, Angel was Anthony and so he was also...
"You two know each other?"
Asked his co-worker noticing that the two had been shaking their hands for two minutes straight and they both didn't looked too happy to see each other.
"I saw him around here"
Answered Husk letting go the hand he held that afternoon trying to comfort the spider.
"Why don't we play a game while we wait for the others?"
Proposed one of the sinner sitting at the table.
"That would be amazing"
Husk started getting the cards:
"Who plays?"
Everyone raised their hands except Angel.
"Too scared to play Anthony?"
Husk really didn't know what he was doing, he was irritated that Angel kept a secret like that for himself.
"Husk what the fuck are you doing?"
The co-worker grabbed the cat by the arm.
"You were supposed to don't get noticed!
Why are you trying to get killed?"
"It's just a card game, nobody will mind!"
The two were whispering too much and the other demons started getting irritated.
"Are you going to play?"
"Yes, I am"
"No, you aren't"

Angel was sitting at the head of the table when he decided to stop whatever was happening.
"No, you aren't"
"What?!"
Husk obviously didn't take all the news too well, the spider just wished he could talk to him and explain him everything.
"You heard me"
Thank god Alastor warned Angel about all the gambling problem.
Right after the overlord went visit Husk he decided to talk to him too.
"You know...cats and gambling aren't really made for each other, attention to that"
"What?"
"Bye my lovely friend! Have a nice night"
Alastor already knew that Husk would have been at the casino, but why couldn't he just said it in a normal way?
Angel was so angry with himself, he could have guessed that and could have avoided all that mess.
But why Husk wasn't supposed to play some stupid card game?
"You are banned from playing cards at my table"
"The hell you saying?!"
"I don't allow cheaters to play"
"The fuck?!"
"You are officially banned from this table"
Taylor arrived for helping Angel.
"You can decide to remain at the table or to go somewhere else"
"He can't leave the table, we will need him tonight"
A big demon with an injured leg arrived and put a hand on Husk's shoulder.
"That's him?"
Taylor looked at the cat with a doubtful expression.
"I thought you were taller"
Angel didn't understand what was happening, why did they need Husk?
"You dick head!"
The cat got up and started walking to Taylor, he sure wanted to hit the other one.
"Hey!"
Angel blocked the way with a leg that made Husk bumped into it.
"Let's calm ourselves down"
"Yes! I'm sorry, we are so sorry, sorry, sorry for my friend, he is stupid!"
The co-worker grabbed Husk and made him sit down.
"He is drunk"
"I'm sober"
"He. Is. Drunk."
The co-worker gave the cat a furious look.
"What are you doing? Are you out of your mind?!"
Angel started giving cards to the other sinners.
"If you excuse me I'll go to the bathroom while we wait for the others to come... does anyone who knows where it is that wants to take me?"
All the sinners started raising their hands and they began to fight.
"Husk can take you, he knows this casino really well, maybe he will apologize for his behavior too"

Husk waited for Angel's approval, he actually hoped for his approval.
"Sounds fine to me"
The spider looked at him with a smile and the cat could help but smile too, they were still the two idiots they were before.
"I will need to follow you, just to make sure you don't attack Anthony"
Said Taylor starting to walk in direction to the bathroom.
"I'll come too"
The big demon with an injured leg got up from his seat and followed Taylor.
"No need, I think one bodyguard is enough, stay here and call us if the others arrive"
When the three were far enough from the table the fancy demon broke the silence:
"Do your thing but quickly, nobody needs to know that you know each other"
Husk made his was through the bathroom followed by Angel.
"So are you going to explain me all this?"
