"What up my bitches?" Tate says as she sits down with Lee and Isaac at their usual lunch table. She would have had lunch with Mimi, but she normally spends her lunch break with Erin, Olivia, Dylan and Cole. Tate didn't want to spend more time around those people than she already had to, so she decided to stick with Isaac and Lee.
"Why do you always call us your bitches?" Lee asks Tate, who sits down next to him.
"'Cause you are my bitches" Tate tells Lee with a smile "It's a compliment."
"Well, I'm honored" Lee sarcastically says, rolling his eyes.
"Tate, don't look behind you" Isaac says to Tate, seeing her ex boyfriend, Louis Vertes, walk into the cafeteria with his best friend, Valentino Charlton. Isaac and Lee used to be friends with Louis, but after he cheated on Tate, they both cut him off. They still talked to Valentino from time to time, but not as much as they used to because he's always around Louis.
"When you say that it makes me want to see what's behind me" Tate says before turning around, seeing Louis "Oh shit, I did not want to see that, hide me" Tate says to the two Garcia boys, trying to cover her face.
"How can we hide you, Tate? There isn't anywhere to hide" Isaac says, as Lee glances to where Louis and Valentino are, to see them walking over to the three.
"Okay, so um, Tate, they're coming over" Lee mentions to Tate, making her look at him with wide eyes.
"What?" Tate whispers "Why are they coming over here?"
"And they're here" Isaac says, glaring at Louis "What do you want?"
"I was just coming to see how Tate is doing" Louis says, looking at his ex girlfriend, who couldn't even make eye contact with him.
"She doesn't want to talk to you" Lee bluntly says, seeing how uncomfortable Tate looked.
"Let her say it herself then" Louis says to Lee with a glare. Louis hasn't liked Lee since he first got into his relationship with Tate. From the start, Louis could tell that Lee likes Tate, and that made him jealous. Many times he tried to get Tate to stay away from Lee, but that never ending up working out.
"Go away, Louis" Tate says, not looking at her ex.
"I just want to talk" Louis says to Tate "I messed up, Tate. I know that--"
"You messed up?" Tate shouts, finally looking at Louis, which gets a few looks from other people in the cafeteria "You cheated on me!"
"And it was a mistake" Louis says to Tate "A mistake that I wouldn't make again."
"Yeah, that's what everyone says after they cheat on someone" Tate says as she rolls her eyes "And guess what? They don't change. They do the same thing over and over again."
"But, Tate--" Louis goes to say.
"I think you need to go away now, Louis" Isaac says to Louis with a glare, not wanting him to upset Tate more than he already has.
