When Paul checked his Twitter late the next morning, his notifications seemed to have gone off the scale. Wondering what on earth had happened, he scanned quickly to the end to find out what started it all. What he found was a picture Hannah had posted of the two of them and Tina, last ones standing after an S Club night out the previous evening. The notifications seemed to have snowballed from there. He checked the time before firing a text off to Hannah.
'Last night was awesome. Have to do it again soon. But my Twitter seems to have gone into overdrive!'
He ummed and aahed over whether or not to add a kiss on the end before deciding against it and pressing send, leaving it on the side table whilst he went to grab some food and a cup of coffee. When he returned, the little notification light on his phone was flashing. He sat down before checking to see who had got in touch. When he saw Hannah's name he grinned widely, before chastising himself for getting so silly over a text from his ex.
"Get a hold of yourself!" He muttered. "It's never going to happen."
Sighing, he opened the text.
'Defo need a repeat! Yeah, soz bout that, didn't realise it would get so much attention. You seen all the ppl asking if we're back together!?'
'Np, just wasn't expecting it. Nah, haven't been thru it all, just scrolled till I found the source!'
'Take a look. It's hilar! Can't believe ppl are so interested in us being a couple! x'
Paul pondered on the last text and the kiss at the end before, again, telling himself to be realistic.
