this chapter is kinda chaotic lol

Akaza's pov:

I was laying in my bed trying to fall asleep when I heard someone knock on my door.

"What do you want?" I ask to whoever was knocking.

A blond man walked in.

I glared at him. "What are you doing in my room?"

"I just wanted to ask if you wanted to have dinner with me tonight" 

What...why would he say that? I'll just say no...

"Sure"

NO WAIT I DIDN'T MEAN THAT-

"Great! it's a date then!" he said and walked out.

Douma's pov:

Hm...maybe I shouldn't have said that. Now he might not come...

No, it's fine. I'll just get ready.

I had already gone hunting yesterday so all I had to do was get everything ready

It took a half hour but I was finally done.

I sat down and waited for him.

I continued to wait for another 20 minutes but he still hadn't showed up.

Maybe he's not coming after all....

Wait, I never told him where to meet me...

I stand up. And start to look for him.

Akaza's pov:

It's night time now, I should probably go meet him.

Wait a second....he never told me where to go.

That bitch...now what am I going to do?

I start to walk around the infinity castle to look for him.

This is pointless I should just go back to my ro-

"AKAZA-DONO" I hear a voice from behind me say.

I turn around, it was Douma.

When he came over to me I slapped him.

"Ow" He said. "What was that for?"

"That was for not telling me where to meet you" I say. "What did you expect me to do?!"

He smiled. "I'm sorry. But you came anyways" 

I blushed a little. "Well y-yeah. I said I would"

"Come on"

"Where are we going?"

"You'll see"

Douma's pov:

We start walking. The place I picked out is pretty far away.

After 10 minutes he starts to get impatient.

"When are we going to get there?!'

"Don't worry. I say softly. "We'll be there soon"

After 5 minutes we get there.

It's a small space on the side of a mountain.

It's not much but it has an amazing view.

"What do you think?" I ask.

"It's beautiful" He says slowly while looking at the stars.

I smiled. I'm glad he likes it.

I pull out a blanket "We can sit on this"

We both sit down and start to eat.

After we're both done he stands up.

"Wait sit down" I say. "There's still one more thing"

Akaza's pov:

I'm confused but I sit down anyway.

What else could there be?

I wait for a few minutes.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Just wait, it will be here any minute"

Huh....what could it-

Suddenly I hear a noise.

I look up at the sky.

...Fireworks?

They reminded me of Koyuki.

No...don't think about her akaza.

Douma looked at me. "Is something wrong akaza-dono?"

"it's n-nothing" I say.

He looks at me. "It's ok if you don't want to tell me but you should probably talk to someone, it looks like it's worrying you"

He was right. I did need to talk to someone.

So I told him everything.

"I'm sorry" He said. "She must have meant a lot to you"

"Yeah...." I say.

"We can go back now" He says.

I was grateful he said that, I really didn't want to keep watching the fireworks.

We walk back in silence. 

"Goodnight" He says once we reach my room.

"Goodnight"

I was procrastinating this so much 😮‍💨

I also didn't really know what to do with it. I was gonna have demon slayers attack then while on their date but I wanted to write smth happy (ig the Koyuki part wasn't that happy but oh well)

I was also gonna add an edit that I made but Wattpad wouldn't let me add it >:(
