I held it inside my palm and ran away from the monolith which was swallowed by the ground no sooner. Oh, how I wish I could fly to that tunnel! Suddenly I grew deep red wings from my back and flew from the ground. My nose began to bleed as I flew to the tunnel. "Reiko! Come faster!" They screamed at me. As soon as I went inside the tunnel, I fell to the ground with a thud. I opened my eyes to the bright sunlight entering my eyes. I squinted and sat up, the red pebble still inside my grasp. "This makes my thought a reality!"

"That's how you grew wings?" Lazuli asked. "Yes! I just wished I was able to fly and then I grew these...MASSIVE wings out of nowhere!" I exclaimed. "Sheesh," Asa muttered. "You're fine now, right?" Akira and Calista asked in unison. I nodded and took a closer look at the red pebble. It was then that I noticed the number '3', carved onto it. Strange... It was '4' when I was turning it. "Oh. My. God," I gasped. "Hmm?" Atlas asked. "This thing can grant me 4-wishes!" "And THAT'S how you get those wings?!"

"Why can't we just wish that we teleport to Earthenlands??" Asa groaned as he lay on our room's floor. "Because we might require that later!" Atlas and I tried to lift Asa. "Gosh darn, you're HEAVY!" Atlas groaned. "C'mon, guys! We're going to be late for the flight!" Calista and Lazuli dragged their luggage out of the room as Akira stuffed his bag with the sugar and coffee sachets. Then came a problem at the airport. "I mean...You could have coloured your hair...but your eyes...how can you explain that?"

"I have a...genetic mutation!" I lied to the airport security. "Do you have a medical report to prove that?" "Unfortunately no..." I looked down in disappointment. "Well...We're going to Earthenlands to see the doctor!" Akira covered up. "Hmm...But where are your parents?" The other security asked. "M-My parents are suffering from a disease there..!" Lazuli sobbed as she buckled to the floor. "I-" "Mine gave birth to my sibling today!" Calista wept in joy. "Ours told us they were gonna die today!!!" Asa cried. Facepalm.

"Asa, how much of a dunce should you be to say something that foolish?!" I grit my teeth at the airhead in the backseat. "YOU PIECE OF SH-" Calista placed her hand on Akira's mouth as his ears fumed. Lazuli's eyes teared as she tried to control her laughter in that heated moment. Somehow the guards let us go. Maybe it seemed valid. Even after Asa blabbered a lie so illogical.

We reached Earthenlands soon, Akira and Asa still having a cold war between them. I felt many pairs of eyes staring deeply at my hair and eyes.

I felt terrified, but I wasn't able to do anything. Atlas seemed to have noticed it and quickly removed his thick jacket and blanketed it on my head. "We can buy some sunglasses on our way," He smiled as he patted my back. I nodded back, still knowing that the eyes didn't stop staring. As soon as we got down to the hotel early in the morning, Lazuli's bag began to shake violently. "Uhm..." She searched through it. "Aha!" She picked out the Alexandrite, vibrating under her grasp. "Should we venture now or..?"

"Let's go now," Calista commanded. "It will be morning soon," Akira agreed. Asa just stood in the shade, sniffling as he cried a lot on the flight. "But we can't do it without Asa," I said. He looked up at me. "He is a dimwit. But his body acts quicker than his mind. So..." I took the Alexandrite from Lazuli and handed it to him. "Asa will be in charge of The Elpyqlon," I smiled at him. "Let's go then!" Calista laughed. "The misunderstanding has been sorted!" "B-But..." Asa wiped the remainder of his tears. "Can we eat?"

We ate a scrumptious meal at a 24/7 restaurant and ran out the door. "Thank you for the meal!" Atlas thanked the waitress before dashing out. Asa let go of the garnet as soon as he dashed close to us. We ran behind the floating stone. "Do you still...have that wishing stone, Reiko..?" Akira panted. I nodded as I smacked my pant pocket. "Always there!" I breathed. It halted after a long run, in a clearing near the woods. "Creepy..." Calista said in a sing-songy voice. As I caught my breath, The Elpyqlon dug the ground.

"Y-You guys don't have to follow me..." I said as my back faced them. "I'll make you worry too much..." "So?" Akira stepped forward. "We're supposed to. I'm supposed to," He patted my shoulder. "Anyone gonna listen to Reiko and stay back or aid Reiko?" He turned back. "I'm in," They all nodded in unison. Akira smirked and turned to me. "We're always here for you," He placed his hands on my cheeks. "Oh, What did I do to deserve friends and brothers like y'all!" I laughed as I jumped on Akira and hugged him tight.

Inside the tunnel we went and deeper did we venture. "It's getting hot as usual..." I moaned out. The Alexandrite started to shine a bright yellow, giving us a chance to look deeper into the tunnel. We reached the end of the tunnel when a cool breeze brushed by our faces. "Now that's refreshing," Asa whispered. To my surprise, all the pieces of land were floated in the air. Trees were growing and water fell from some of the varying sizes of land, falling and mixing into the deep water below. Once you fall, there's no turning back.
