Carina and Maya's dream is to become parents. The two struggle to conceive, Carina starts to believe that she's the reason they can't have children. It takes a toll on her, she misses a few days of work, Maya tries her best to be there for her wife...
Violet "what time are you coming", Carina "we will be there at lunch time just before parent day starts", Violet "okay. Please don't be late. Can you tell Maya to wear her uniform", Carina "so does that mean that you want me to wear my scrubs", Violet "yes please", Carina "okay. Let's get you inside and to class", they hurried inside the school, taking her to her classroom. Carina kissed her on the cheek, Carina "I'll see you in a bit baby. Love you bambina", Violet "love you too", Carina rushed to work and got started on her shift.

@ CarinaDeLucaBishop Our little bambina picked out the cutest outfit for school today. So today is parent day at school for her and she asked if both of us could come, we are so happy she's enjoying school. Love her so much. Love her to pieces. This is her 2nd week at school, so happy for our Violet girl.
Jo "are you okay", Carina "yeah I am fine. It's just I don't know what to say at Violet's school. I don't wanna make a fool of myself", Jo "that's not gonna happen, she asked you to come for a reason", Carina "yeah. I guess you are right", just before 12. Maya "have you seen my wife", Miranda "she should be lounge area", Maya "okay", Maya went to the lounge room, Maya "babe, we gotta get going", Carina "okay", the two of them got in the car and drove to the school. Maya "you ready", Carina "yeah. Lets go", Maya parked the car and the two of them headed inside the school and to Violet's classroom. The teacher invited all of the parents into the classroom, the biggest smile appeared on Violet's face when she saw both of her parents, she was so happy she couldn't contain herself. "Alright I would like to take the time to thank each and every one of you parents that showed up today for your children. So in a minute one by one I will call each student and when it's their turn they will introduce themselves and their parents. And I wanna take time to appreciate the three lgbt parents", Maya and Carina were somewhat relieved that they weren't the only lgbt parents and it made them happy to see other families like them. In alphabetical order each student introduced themselves and their parents, and said a few words. "Okay Violet it's your turn sweetheart", Violet got up from her desk, and went to the front of the classroom, she got a bit nervous and shy. "Are you okay sweetheart", the teacher asked standing beside her, Violet nodded, "my name is Violet and I'm six years old. I didn't know what to write for my note so I will just say it. A few months ago the foster home I lived in caught on fire and it was really bad, a really nice female firefighter saved me, and her and her wife took me in and my adoption will be finalized at the end of next month. I asked them if they could come today and they did. So my mama is here and she's a doctor at the hospital and my mommy is the female firefighter battalion chief", Maya and Carina felt a spark in their eyes as Violet called them mommy and mama for the first time. Both of them went to the front and stood beside their daughter, Carina picked Violet up.
