Saving the world

Thankfully, a trip to the emergency room wasn't needed, but the 3 agreed to take the boy to a walk-in clinic the next morning.

Seungcheol had the boy sleep on the couch while the oldest slept on the floor next to him in case he woke up at all that night.

"Baby." Jeonghan lightly shook his boyfriend awake. "It's morning." Jeonghan said softly.

"Really?" Seungcheol asked, rubbing his eyes. He had stayed up for the most part of the night. The last time he checked, it was 4am.

"Yeah, Mingyu is going to start making breakfast." Jeonghan said before turning to the still unconscious boy. "He wake up at all?" He asked.

"No." Seungcheol said as he climbed off the floor.

The 10 of them ate breakfast as quietly as they could while discussing

"Where am I?"

They all froze, turning their gazes to the couch where the boy was now sitting up, looking at them with a look of confusion and fear on their face.

"You're in our apartment. We're room 507." Jeonghan said softly, carfeully approaching the boy.

"How did I get here?" He asked, his eyes watering.

"I don't know." Jeonghan apologized as he crouched down in front of him. "You showed up at our apartment last night and fainted." He explained.

"My name is Jeonghan. What's yours?" He asked once he realized the boy wasn't gonna respond to what he said.

"I- I don't know." The boy admitted.

"Oh, that's not good." Jeonghan said to himself. "Do you remember your adress your parents phone number?" He asked as the boy shook his head again.

"I think he might have memory loss." Jeonghan called to the others. "Well, would you like some food? We made pancakes?" Jeonghan suggested to the boy.

"O-Okay." The boy nodded as Jeonghan helped him off the couch and into the kitchen. He seemed a bit shocked at all the people there at first.

"We definitely need to take him to the clinic today." Jeonghan told Seungcheol and Joshua who nodded.

"Thank you." The boy said as Mingyu passed him a plate of pancakes. "Do you all live here?" He asked as he looked around.

"Yeah we do." Seungcheol nodded. "I'm Seungcheol, and this is Mingyu, Joshua, and Jun." Seungcheol introduced.

"And then this is Seungkwan, Hoshi, Woozi, The8, Dk and you already met Jeonghan." Seungcheol added.

"What should we call him?" Hoshi asked Jun as they watched the boy play on Jun's phone.

"Hoshi he's a kid, not a stray puppy." Jun sighed.

"I mean... We should still give him a nickname!" Hoshi said as he sat down next to him.

"Hi." Hoshi said as they boy looked up from the phone. "We were thinking, since none of us know your name. If you wanted a nickname?" Hoshi suggested.

"Oh, uh- sure." The boy shrugged as Hoshi started naming off potential nickname ideas.

"How about Dino?" Seungkwan suggested, flopping down on the couch next to them.

"Ooh I like Dino!" He said.

"Well Dino it is!" Hoshi said as Dino smiled.
