Cheering you up

*Taraji's POV*

I had a late start to my morning but it was okay, I have the house to myself since my parents went out on a business trip. I am really excited to see Fantasia today after the whole situation, things between us was great and I think I'm getting her to communicate better.

"Hey Raj!!" Fantasia said seeing me go up to her

She was talking to Danielle

"Hey Tasia!" I exclaimed

I embraced her and tried to do the same to Danielle, but she stepped back giving me the world's nastiest look. It was filled with disgust and jealousy

"Uhm okay girl, you do you" I said nonchalantly

Fantasia saw the little interaction and tried to brush it off

"Guys we should get to class before we get in trouble and shit, they might think we trynna skip" Fantasia said hesitantly

We agreed and headed to class. Danielle didn't sit next to Fantasia but she sat next to the person she knows has a problem with Fantasia.
I looked at Fantasia and put my hand in her thigh to try calm her down

*Fantasia's POV*

I was confused on why Danielle would sit next to the girl that hated my guts since we were kids. They were laughing and making jokes, they were doing all the things we did. Is she trying to make me jealous?
I felt Taraji's hand in my thigh, her thumb brushing against my jeans. It calmed me.

The school day finally came to an end and i felt hurt. I was hurt that Danielle was ignoring me every chance she got. But I was happy that Taraji was there to comfort me. I got into my car ready to drive off and there was a knock on my window,
it was Taraji

"Hey Tasia, FaceTime me while you are driving I don't want you to be driving in quiet. There is a lot of things that can be going on in your head and I don't want anything bad to happen to you while you're driving baby" she said calmly with a shy smile

"Okay, I will"

She called me and I picked up. Next thing I know she's blasting music and singing along, it's cute and funny. She's making all these faces and voices trying to cheer me up so I joined in the fun

"You're literally the most goofiest person I've ever met" I said laughing

"All for you baby" she grinned

She made me excited just to even be around her even to be breathing the same air as her. I pulled up into my driveway and sat in my car. I was defeated again, I had to go into this small lousy apartment all by myself with nobody there to keep me company.

"Tasia, on second thought. Come over to my house you can bring over some clothes or whatever you need we're gonna have a sleepover" she said filled with excitement

"Really? Would your moms by cool with me coming over?" I was hesitant but deep down I really wanted to go

"Girl shut the fuck up and stop asking dumb ass questions" she said playfully rolling her eyes

"Okay I'm on my way"

I was excited!

*Taraji's POV*

I was more than excited for Tasia to come for a sleepover! I can already imagine all the fun things we will do.
I pulled into my driveway and I saw my moms were home, I couldn't be more happy to see them.

"Hey bitchessssssssss" I said laughing with my tounge out

"Angela get yo fucking daughter" Tifah said with a slight smirk on her face

"Aww come on momma don't act like you wasn't the one that thought me how to cuss" I said knowing my mom would get pissed off

"LATIFAH HENSON? why you teaching my child how to curse? You know she ain't really supposed to curse" Angela exclaimed

"Baby chill" Momma said seductively going up to Angela cuffing her face and began kissing her

"Guys ew get a room please?!" I said filled with disgust
My friend is coming to sleepover tonight and she might be here for a while "

"Well your friend gonna hear us tonight" Angela said with a smirk

"Well ain't that right" Tifah said smiling

"I'm so sick of yall, on my soul I'm sick of yall" I felt like throwing up

*Ding Dong*

"I'll get it!" I exclaimed

I got to the door and watched Fantastia in all her glory standing in the door way

"So you gonna let me in or stay admiring me?" She questioned, her face was laced with happiness

"Yes yes sorry, come in boo" I said motioning her to enter

"These are my parents, Latifah and Angela Henson"

"Nice to finally meet the ladies who raised awesome Raj"

She shook their hands, I could tell that she was trying to impress them.

"Nice to meet you too.. uhm.. we didn't get your name?" Angela asked

"Fantasia!"

"Aiii Fantasia imma get straight to the point. You like my daughter?" Tifah asked sternly

"MOMMA?"

"Tifah! Thats enough"

I rolled my eyes and took Fantasia up to my room on the way up we heard my momma say

"FANTASIA BLOCK YO EARS TONIGHT!"

My mom laughed, I love my parents just as much as they love to humiliate me

"I'm sorry about them, but we really need to block our ears it's never good to hear them fuck" I seriously stated

"It's okay Raj, I like your moms! They cool as hell, and you are one lucky girl"
