Phone Call

*Fantasia's POV*

I was confused as to why Danielle was calling me, wasn't she in jail? How did she get out so quickly? I let the phone ring a while before I picked it up clicking speaker so that Taraji could hear.

"Hi?"

"Hey Tasia" her voice was gone

"Bitch don't call me Tasia. What do you need?" I barked, who does she think she is?

"Okay, okay sorry. I was wondering if you could've helped me out"

"This girl must me going crazy" Taraji said throwing herself on the bed

"Fantasia, please, just hear me out. I got out yesterday. I have nowhere to go, I need help getting back up on my feet. I know that I did you wrong but I owned up to it Tas- Fantasia. I did time for my mistake I'm sorry, can you find it in your heart somewhere to forgive me and give me a second chance?" Her voice cracked but I didn't feel anywhere close to bad for her.

"No, I can't help you. You talking bout you did time, you did a few months that ain't shit. I can't find it in my heart to forgive you because you hurt me. You didn't care about me or Taraji when you tried to ruin our lives. So no Danielle I can't help you out." I was cold and that's what she deserved

"Fantasia..we were best friends let's start over please!?"

"Alright." She hung up the phone and I blocked her

"We gotta go tell my mommies" Taraji said fixing her shirt and pulling me along with her going to their room.

She knocked on the door

"Are y'all decent?"

"Yall can come in we decent" I heard Angela say

We didn't even get a chance to settle in the room properly and Taraji went straight to the point

"Danielle called us asking for help she came out yesterday she said she ain't got nowhere to go and that she wants us to forgive her and give her a second chance, damn that's a lot of work" she quickly rambled

"Now she done pissed me off" Latifah replied

"Well, do yall want to for-" Angela was cut off by all three of us

Just as they started to get close Taraji stormed out the room, I followed.

"Oh she's probably at Gabrielle's"

"They have been spending a lot of time together, and I'm happy for em. And I'm happy that we are back in the same page" she kissed me and smiled
