Draco was gone... he went to the kitchen to bring me tea but that was over thirty minutes ago... A sharp pain courses through my left forearm... I held it tightly fuck... This is worse than the burning sensation must mean I'm being summoned... I walked to the meeting room... Took a deep breath and I went in I was in my pj's but I didn't care. "Ah there is my lovely daughter" My "father" hissed I rolled my eyes at him and sat next to Draco and his Mother...
"You must be wondering why I summoned you all today and the reason is we are welcoming in a new follower...maybe even two new followers..." He hisses
"Who are the new recruiters, my lord?" A rat looking man asked
"Well one of them is my Daughter of course Natalie Riddle..." He says to everyone
"Who else?" I ask him
"Josephine Carter," Father says to me
"Who?" I ask
A girl with black hair chopped down to their shoulder their bangs dusting their forehead... Josephine's hazel eyes looked up and made contact with mine they gave me a lazy smile. "Who is this girl?" Bellatrix asked
"This is my stepdaughter Bella" My father says
My jaw drops so many discoveries... Voldemort is my father I have a step-sibling. "So they are my sibling?" I ask
"Step sibling but yes" My father hisses I shivered and so did Josephine
"My darling Josephine will you join us?" He asks them
Their throat bobbed they wanted to say no... but I had an idea "Father if I may what if they don't join us but give us intell from inside the school..." I said helping my sibling out they mouthed thank you to me
"Hm, that isn't a bad idea since Draco and my princess are going to be busy with their tasks this year...Okay, fine Josephine you will go to school keep up your grades get close with the professors... and then once you get any type of information you let me know." My father hisses
"Yes sir..." They say backing away
"Children you are dismissed make Josephine here feel at home," My father says
Draco and I nod and get up out of our seats... My eyes landed on Josephine they looked exhausted... "Follow us we will get you some food and water" I say with a weak smile
They followed Draco and me to the kitchen looking for some type of snack. We finally found Mr Malfoys stash grabbed it and some water then took it upstairs... Finally, behind a charmed closed door, we spoke...
"Thank you so much..." Josephine says to me
"Of course, you seem to not want to do this and I wanted to give you a far chance..." I say to them handing them a chocolate frog... "Can I give you a hug?" They asked me I looked at them perplexed then nodded my head they engulfed me in a hug and began to cry... "You saved me and my mother you don't understand how grateful I am..." They say I rubbed their back in comfort "You're welcome Joise..." I say giving them a nickname all I felt was them crying in my shoulder.
"Josephine I'd like to ask you some questions," Draco says to them
"Anything I'll answer anything..." Their voice trailed off
"How old are you?" He asked
"I'm 17" They answer letting me go
"Are you from a different school if so which one?" He asks
"Beauxbatons Academy," They say I just noticed their French accent
"Do you want a person to help you with magic when you get back to school?" Draco asks
They nod "Yes, please...I'm not the best at defensive magic" They respond
"You will need to find a girl named Hermione Granger she will get you in contact with the DA's teacher..." Draco says
"Hermione Granger got it," They say
"One thing..." I say "Hermione, Ron, and Harry don't know what I've done yet I have to explain it to them you can't mutter a word..." I say in a low tone
"Of course not you just saved my ass back there!" They say with a smile for once was happy
"You have to ask the sorting hat to sort you in Slytherin "Father" won't be happy if you don't get in" I say somberly
They nod "Is there a room where I can sleep?" They ask
"You can use my room...I sleep in here" I say with a sweet smile
"Thank you goodnight both of you," Josie says with a smile at me
"Goodnight," I say and Draco just nods at them bidding them goodnight
I flop on the bed feeling a tingle coming from my left forearm I don't mind it makes me feel alive even when I don't want to be... I can't stop thinking about the dream I had when I passed out I can't believe I dreamt about my best friend... He's my best friend, right? Do I feel like he is? I don't know what to believe anymore...
"They were Lovely," I say smiling at Draco
"Very," He says with a wide grin moving closer to me
"Hey," I say with a smile
"Hey darling..." His voice was filled with huskiness and anxiety
"What's wrong Dray?" I ask him
All he did was lay his head on my shoulder and stayed there... Eventually, we laid down and I let him cuddle into me this time sharing the same feeling I get when he does it to me... He snuggles into my neck breathing lightly and just laying there I hope that if I smell he can't tell... Holding him tight and close I didn't let go... Never wanting to let go I wanted him and only him... I couldn't think about anything other than keeping him alive to see his future children and wife... whoever she might be... I can't tell if I have feelings for Draco Malfoy or not I currently don't want him finding out... What if he doesn't feel the same what if maybe my dreams aren't a reality... maybe in a different reality but not this one...
{Two Weeks later}
That night still raises some questions not knowing what to do about Draco I put it off it's finally time to go back to school
September 1st 1996
Dear Diary I believe all people can be good if they have something they are fighting for like me I'm fighting for my life and Draco's too... I sigh this is so dumb I start sixth year today and I'm still writing in this dumb thing...Like father like daughter, I guess...
I put my quill down and close my Diary... "Not going to make that a Horcrux are you princess?" My father's voice asks
"No why would I... I don't need seven items to kill me..." I say with a sadistic smirk
All he does is roll his eyes and walk away. I giggle and go upstairs to pack my trunk I'm super excited to see all of my friends although I had to hurry with the last-minute packing because we have to get to the station in thirty minutes.. Rushing up to my "room" I looked in and saw everything was packed up already. The house-elves must've packed me up early I just can't wait to leave the manor and be able to see other people but first I have to hide the mark... I hated wearing long sleeves, they fuck with me in every bad way. Pulling a dark green turtleneck on I added a leather skirt and layered jewelry with my outfit then ending with putting on my Doc Martens. At least it's cute but I hate being itchy trying to ignore the tingling feeling of little bugs crawling all over me I took my trunk downstairs and I was ready for Hogwarts.
A/n I hope you all enjoyed this chapter yet again kinda sorta a filler chapter but we are about to be hitting hard in some schooling here in the next chapter... I will post sometime this weekend maybe earlier but I have practice this week so I've been busy!! Bye loves eat drink and get some sleep ya fuckin bats!!!
