Ariana's POV

As me and Alexander hugged tightly, I felt a sense of comfort wash over her. "I'm so glad you're here, Xander," I murmured.

Alexander smiled, squeezing me gently. "Always, Ari. You know I've got your back."

We decided to grab lunch at Alexander's favorite café. As we sat down, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the company of the man sitting infront of me. "I used to come here with mamma, papà, sorella and fratelli" he said with a nostalgic smile.

I chuckled and said with a sad smile "Yeah, those must be the good times."

After lunch, we took a leisurely stroll through the streets, enjoying each other's company. "I missed this, just being able to hang out with you," I admitted.

"Me too," Alexander replied, slipping his arm around my shoulders. "We should do this more often" kissing my temple.

As we approached the street performer, the sound of the guitar strumming filled the air, and I couldn't resist tapping my foot to the rhythm. Alexander nudged me with a mischievous grin. "Come on, let's dance!"

I laughed, feeling a surge of excitement. "Are you serious?" I asked, glancing around at the small crowd that had gathered to watch the performance.

"Absolutely!" Alexander replied, taking my hand and leading me closer to the musician. "Life's too short not to dance when the music moves you."

With a playful twirl, he pulled me into the open space in front of the street performer, and together we began to sway to the music.

As we danced, I couldn't help but feel a sense of freedom wash over me. For a brief moment, all of my worries and responsibilities faded away, but deep down I felt too sad to dance but I still continued to.

After a few songs, the street performer wrapped up his set, and the crowd dispersed, leaving Alexander and me standing in the fading light of the evening sun.

"Thanks for dragging me into that," I said, giving him a playful shove.

Alexander laughed, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Anytime, sweetheart. You know I'm always up for a little adventure."

"I'm holding you to that, Alex," I said with a smile, nudging him playfully. "No more waiting for special occasions to have a little fun."

He nodded, his expression determined. "You got it, Ari. From now on, we'll make our own fun whenever we can."

As we walked, Alexander reached out to take my hand, his touch sending a shiver of warmth through me. I glanced up at him, my heart skipping a beat at the affection in his eyes.

"Isn't this nice?" he said softly, his voice barely above a whisper.

I smiled, squeezing his hand gently. "Yeah, it really is."

We walked in comfortable silence for a while, enjoying the simple pleasure of each other's company. But as the night grew darker, I couldn't shake the feeling of a question lingering in the air, unspoken yet heavy with meaning.

Finally, unable to contain my curiosity any longer, I turned to Alexander, my heart pounding in my chest. "Hey, Alexander, can I ask you something?"

He nodded, his gaze softening as he looked at me. "Of course, Ari. What's on your mind?"

I took a deep breath, gathering my courage before speaking. "I was just wondering... do you ever think about the future? Like, where will you ever comeback to me forever this time?

Before Alexander could respond, his phone suddenly rang, piercing the air with its shrill tone. He glanced down at the screen, his expression shifting with surprise.
