Seems impossible, doesn't it?How can you look at your breakup as an opportunity of freedom when it feels like someone cut your right arm off and ripped out your heart?

Breakups can be rough. When you open yourself up to another person, love them unconditionally, and compromise your own needs for the "betterment of the relationship," you put yourself all-in. It's no surprise that you feel lost, confused, and unwilling to move on when that connection is torn away from you. You gave everything to your relationship and now it's gone. Forever.

Ada, in a gesture of maturity and compassion, grants Pathan the freedom to live with his choices and pursue his love of life with the person he desires, without holding onto any regrets. This act reflects Ada's growth and her ability to release the attachment to what once was, fostering an environment of understanding and acceptance for both herself and Pathan as they embark on separate paths. Ada realized that the breakup with Pathan taught her a profound lesson that formal education and previous life experiences hadn't covered: the harsh reality that losing love is incredibly challenging and brutally hard. This particular breakup, the toughest in her life, brought forth intense pain, marking an emotional journey that surpassed the hardships she had encountered before. The experience became a unique and impactful source of learning for Ada.

Ada, while grappling with the pain of losing her soulmate, Pathan, had a significant revelation. As she went through his pictures, she noticed a tattoo that said "Freedom," and it clicked in her mind. She realized that the answer to her heartbreak lay in understanding Pathan's deep desire for freedom.

Pathan sought freedom from various challenges, be it issues, health conditions, struggles, or anything that was not aligned with his preferences. In this insight, Ada came to terms with the idea that he also sought freedom from their relationship. It was a profound realization that provided her with a new perspective on the reasons behind their separation.

Freedom (Huriah)

Ada recognized a significant shift in her emotional state, realizing that she had moved beyond the grief period. This awareness marked a crucial milestone in her journey of healing and moving on from the breakup with Pathan. While the process might have been challenging, Ada's acknowledgment of being out of the grief period suggests a positive transition towards a new chapter in her life.Ada acknowledged that the road to recovery wasn't easy, filled with numerous ups and downs. Despite the challenges, she made a deliberate decision to stay focused on letting go and moving on in the healthiest way possible. Ada chose to bury her love for Pathan deep within her heart, preserving it in moments of solitude when no one else is around.

She committed to continuing to love Pathan in the privacy of her prayers, in the silent tears she might shed, and in her dreams. Ada embraced a form of love that allowed Pathan the freedom not to feel the weight of his significance in her life, respecting the new paths they were both forging independently.
Ada aspires to one day be proud of the decision to let go of Pathan with his freedom and move on physically from the toughest breakup in her life. She envisions becoming a better version of herself, acknowledging that personal growth is an ongoing journey. Ada expresses a positive outlook, hoping for progress in Pathan's life and indicating a compassionate and understanding perspective as she continues to navigate the path of healing and self-improvement.

Remember, relationships end for a reason.
It appears that Ada and Pathan's past relationship had its challenges. Despite the presence of love and a deep connection, there were issues with communication, clear boundaries, and unwavering honesty. Ada emphasised a valuable realisation to herself: relationships end for a reason, and when it happens, it's okay. She reminded herself that Pathan wasn't the only person on the planet capable of loving her. This understanding reflects a healthy perspective on moving forward and being open to the possibilities of new connections and experiences beyond the end of a particular relationship.

That's what life is all about. None of us get things right on the first go. Finding a soul mate is no different than learning a new language or getting in shape. You have to practise . Look at your ex and breakup as a practice round. Because of that relationship, you're stronger, smarter, and more prepared for the next one.

This is your time. It's your opportunity to sort through your past relationship issues and figure out how to be better.

Ada acknowledged the importance of getting comfortable with her role in the breakup with Pathan. Recognizing that she was not without flaws or entirely blameless in the relationship's challenges, this self-awareness is a crucial step towards personal growth and understanding.Accepting responsibility for one's actions contributes to a more balanced and constructive approach to healing and moving forward.

Ada accepted that she had remained true to her core values, but recognized that Pathan had not. Despite this discrepancy, she chose to put it aside due to their love. Ada further realized that Pathan harboured a lingering fear of commitment and continued to grapple with doubts and insecurity issues, which he had not completely left behind, contrary to previous discussions.

She came to understand that Pathan had also misunderstood her, influenced by judgments from his family and friends about Ada. So she had to let him go and understand she played her role well.

More effort does not always bring greater results. Smarter strategies always bring greater results.

Think of an area in your life in which you are trying, fighting, and hoping without making progress. What would losing hope and letting go look like?

This is most helpful with areas like anxiety, worry, fear, and depression. When you accept them and stop hoping they go away, they lose a considerable amount of their power over you.

Sometimes letting go is an act of self-care. Our paths may lead us in different directions, and I think it's time to grant each other the freedom to grow individually.

Wishing you all the best on your journey.

For me, losing hope was freedom. Maybe it will be for you too.
