Chapter XI

POV (Y/N)

I walked with Sesshomaru, looking for clues to where Father was. Not long after we stopped to rest, Jaken and Rin, as usual, caught fish in the river. Sesshomaru sat leaning against a tree. 

I walked around, then suddenly I felt pain in both of my hands as if someone had stabbed me. I ignored it and walked back. 

Then I felt pain again in my legs. I stopped walking. 'Why does it feel like someone is stabbing my hands and feet?' I said in my mind.

Not long after that, I was coughing blood from my mouth. 

'My stomach and chest feel like someone is stabbing me... wait...' I said in my thoughts, interrupted because my head felt as painful as if someone had stabbed my head. 'Someone broke the seal', I said in my mind. 

"Urg..." I groaned, holding back the pain in my head. 

"(Y/n) why are you taking so long..." Sesshomaru was interrupted, shocked to see me in a kneeling position with blood stains around my mouth and clothes, while my hands were holding my head. 

Sesshomaru immediately approached me, "What happened?" he asked. I'm still holding back the pain in my head. "Someone broke their seal... urg... they're coming back", I said while holding back the pain in my head. 

"Who?" Sesshomaru asked, "Ban of Seven," I said.

NO POV

In another place, Inuyasha's group meets Koga, who has just defeated one of the Ban of Seven, namely Kyokotsu. 

"Koga, are you okay?" asked Kagome. "Ooo... Kagome, yes, I'm fine, no need to worry," said Koga, who was holding back the pain after fighting Kyokotsu. Kagome didn't believe it and took first aid from her bag and treated Koga. 

"Keh... I thought you were strong, but it turns out you are weak," said Inuyasha to Koga in a mocking tone. "Heee... are you jealous because Kagome pays attention to me, stupid dog?" Koga replied in a mocking tone. 

Kagome finished treating Koga, he thanked Kagome, and left them. Inuyasha and his group continued their journey, and they saw a large army of soldiers passing them.

'What happened? Will there be war in this area?' Kagome asks in her mind. 'Are they going to fight?' said Miroku and Sango at the same time in their mind. Inuyasha and Shippo just watched. After that, they passed a large rice field, and several farmers were working there. 

As they walked, they overheard conversations from the farmers about soldiers passing by. "Yes, it seems the rumors circulating that they have been resurrected are true," said the farmer wearing blue clothes. The other farmers nodded in approval of the words of the farmer wearing blue clothes.

Their conversation caught Miroku's attention, and he asked what he had heard. The farmers told Miroku about it. Miroku called the others to come listen to the story. 

"Hee... Ban of Seven?" Sango asked. "Yes, they are a group of 7 powerful mercenaries who are very feared by all the warlords in all of Japan, and we heard that they have been resurrected," said the farmer who was wearing a blue shirt. 

"How do you know if they have been resurrected?" Sango asked. "From their graves, a Miko put a seal so that no one could resurrect them, but at that time someone saw that the seal suddenly caught fire and their tombstone was split in two", the farmer said. Miroku, Sango, and Kagome are still talking to the farmers about the Ban of Seven.

On the other hand, Sesshomaru listened to (Y/n)'s explanation of the Ban of Seven. 

'Ban of seven, they were seven mercenary murderers who were very feared in their time. Many rulers were afraid of them. Kyokotsu is a giant, Mukotsu is a poison expert, Ginkotsu is a mecha man, and half of his body is human. Half is a machine, and Suikotsu he has 2 personalities one is very good he is good at medicine and likes to help people, but the other side he likes to kill and fight, Jakotsu he uhm... he wears clothes like a woman and also his sword moves like a snake, Renkotsu he, we can say, he is the second command of the group he's not so strong but he is very smart and clever in terms of strategy. The last is Bankotsu... (sighs, because (Y/n) remembers an incident) hah... he is the leader of the Ban of Seven, he has a weapon called Banyu, although his behaviour looks very casual. Sometimes, like a child, he is the most powerful and intelligent person in the group in reading his opponent's movements' said (Y/n) to Sesshomaru. 

Sesshomaru glanced at (Y/n) 'I sealed them because they had to go through punishment before they could pass through the gates of death like other spirits, the seal I put made them trapped in a limbo realm or loop realm which made them confused about finding away out of there and having difficulty finding the gate of death, (sighs again) the seal is connected to my body' continued (Y/n).

'Did something happen between you and their leader?' asked Sesshomaru. 'Nothing' , answered (Y/n), Sesshomaru looked at (Y/n). 

'Why?' (Y/n) asked Sesshomaru, confused. Sesshomaru then closed his eyes. 'Forget that I asked that', said Sesshomaru. 

'Heee... weird', said (Y/n) in her mind. Then Sesshomaru stood up, 'We'd better continue our journey', said Sesshomaru. (Y/n) was still confused by Sesshomaru, but she ignored it and continued her journey following Sesshomaru.

A few minutes later, '(Y/n)' Shi called, 'yes?' answered (Y/n), 'they got back?' said Shi. 

'Yes, they are', answered (Y/n), 'hmm...' Sesshomaru glanced at (Y/n). 

'(Y/n) collect the souls from the Ban of Seven, then take care of their souls. I will tell you what you have to do after that, and for the other souls of the people they killed, pick them up, like always deliver them' said Shi.

'Okay..., are you going to seal their souls again?' (Y/n) asked, Shi didn't answer (Y/n)'s question. 'Shi? Are you going to seal their souls again?' (Y/n) asked again. Shi sighed 'Do what I told you, dear', Shi replied. Hearing this (Y/n) got a bit worried.   

"(Y/n)-sama, are you okay?" Rin asked. (Y/n) turned to Rin and stroked his head. "Yeah, I'm fine, why?", (Y/n) answered Rin. "(Y/n)-Sama, is there something bothering you? You seem to be worried about something; you didn't even hear me calling you several times. Did something bother you?" Rin said. 

(Y/n) just smiled, "Nothing Rin, thank you," said (Y/n), stroking Rin's head. Rin nodded and continued walking while holding (Y/n )'s hand. It was getting late, and we stopped to rest. 

Sesshomaru sat leaning against a tree, (Y/n) was telling Rin a story to get her to sleep, and Jaken was next to Rin listening to (Y/n)'s story. Rin and Jaken fell asleep after listening to (Y/n)'s story. (Y/n) then stood up and walked closer to Sesshomaru 'I'll go again' said (Y/n) to Sesshomaru. 

Sesshomaru glanced at (Y/n) and told her to come closer to him. (Y/n) complied and approached Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru took (Y/n)'s hand, pulled (Y/n) towards him, and hugged her. (Y/n)'s face turned a bit red, she turned her head towards Sesshomaru, then Sesshomaru kissed (Y/n)'s forehead. 

Puff... (Y/n)  face is now getting redder. Sesshomaru chuckled 'You are very cute when you're blushing' said Sesshomaru. (Y/n) stood up quickly and started walking away from Sesshomaru. '(Y/n)' called Sesshomaru. 

(Y/n) stopped walking and turned to Sesshomaru. (Y/n) saw Sesshomaru smiling 'Be careful' said Sesshomaru. (Y/n)'s face turned red again when she looked at Sesshomaru's smile, and then she realized, she turned around and walked quickly while holding her cheeks. 

'Hiiii... what's happening to me?' asked (Y/n) squealing in her mind. 

'(chuckles) Looks like someone is falling in love', said Shi teasingly (Y/n). 

'What do you mean Shi, Sesshomaru and I don't have feelings like that, we're like brother and sister, Shi' ,said (Y/n) with her face still red. 

'Hee... (grinning) really? But it doesn't look like that,' said Shi in a teasing tone. 'Shi...' Said (Y/n), annoyed and embarrassed. 

Shi laughed, 'Okay... okay, there's no need to be like that, let's focus on your mission, okay' said Shi, still laughing a little. 'hmmph... okay' answered (Y/n), still a little annoyed.
